St. Martin is a high level player added to the rankings. He’s a terrific finisher in traffic, showing the ability to contort his body, stay balanced and finish at the rim with touch. St. Martin is a dangerous shooter with range that extends beyond the arc. He has the ability to be unfazed by the defense and bury a 3 even with a hand in his face.
Gamsho is deservingly making his debut on the rankings list. He has developed a reputation as a shooter and it’s easy to see why. Gamsho can bury a triple off the catch as well as off the bounce. He has a nice shot fake that can get defenders off their feet and allows him to step left and get his jumper off cleanly.
Dyksterhouse is one of the most intriguing new post players in the rankings. I feel like there’s a lot of upside to his game and he could make huge leaps in the next couple years. Dyksterhouse is quickly learning how to become a powerful finisher under the rim with 2 hands. College coaches should be paying close attention.
He’s making his first appearance in the rankings, but Robertson could argue to be higher and I’d have a very hard time arguing against it. Let’s face it, he looked really good this summer. Robertson has some of that ‘it factor’ with his ability to control a game offensively. The young man is very comfortable being relied on as a go to scorer.
Hatchett made some noise, particularly at a scrimmage event this summer. He was getting rave reviews and he deserved every one of them. Quite simply, he was one of the better players in the gym that day. Hatchett has some playmaker in him and can play the game at a high speed.
Highlights
Hallett is finally getting the recognition that he deserves. I saw him at the GRBA National Championship in Fort Wayne and came away very impressed. He’s a 3 level scorer that makes smart decisions with the basketball. Hallett has nice body control and can score creatively in traffic.
Highlights
Walls Jr. is a very deserving addition to the list of prospects. He has a good argument to be ranked higher and college coaches would be well advised to take a good look at this young man’s skill set. He’s an athletic guard that can shoot at a high clip from behind the arc and can pressure the ball and create turnovers.
