(Ohio)
- Alexander– The Spartans bring back one of the most exciting players in the division in Kyler D’Augustino Kyler D’Augustino 6'1" | CG Albany Alexander | 2023 State OH (Sr) and will look to challenge Wellston at the top of the division. Moving up to Division II will provide it’s own challenges but the Spartans have the best offensive player arguably in the conference and will still be a talented team.
- Vinton County– Lose 3 of their top 4 from a team that was extremely competitive in the conference. Ashton Allman (Jr) will be back and they added Garrett Brown (Jr) from Wellston. Should still be a competitive team come conference play.
- Wellston– The Rockets will have one of the better players coming back in the conference in Cyan Ervin Cyan Ervin 6'4" | SF Wellston | 2023 State OH (Sr) who brings athleticism and some length in the backcourt that is tough to defend against. Will be a challenge with the loss of Brown to Vinton County.
- Athens– Bulldogs are one of the more physical teams you’ll find in the conference and although they were below .500, they will put up a fight. Landon Wheatley (Sr) is the name to watch for them.
- Meigs– Losing a crucial guy in Coulter Cleland, but will have Braylon Harrison (Jr) back.
- Nelsonville-York– Keagan Swope Keagan Swope 5'11" | PG Nelsonville-York | 2024 OH (Jr) is back but not enough firepower to win in the conference.
- River Valley– Bring back Jance Lambert (Sr) who was an exciting player, but only won 3 games a season ago.
(Hocking)
This division is pretty open after the #1 spot. Federal Hocking seems to be the favorite with some serious talent returning in Tariq Cottrill Tariq Cottrill 5'9" | PG Federal Hocking | 2024 State OH (Jr) and Andrew Airhart (Jr). The fact both are juniors mean they could be a team that could be at the top for awhile. Waterford brings back one of the better underclassmen in the conference in Jarrett Armstrong (Jr) who was 2nd Team All-District. The rest of the division (Belpre, Eastern, South Gallia, Southern, and Trimble) is up in the air due to the loss of production from graduation.
