Tietz is a true style playmaker who can pass the rock around but can also be a threat in the offensive game in many ways. While he plays mostly as a traditional combo guard of sorts, he now slots into a true facilitating guard without a defined position. Tietz is truly a three-level scorer who can drive to the rim for a bucket, pull up in the midrange, or move around on the three-point line to create his own shot. That is one of the biggest things that coaches should look to when they watch the tape of Tietz, he can create other shots whilst also creating his own at a high level overall. Fast breaks are where you really see him thrive and cook other teams with his overall IQ on the floor being one of his top strengths compared to others. Tietz is someone that coaches would love to have on their team for the strengths that he brings to his squad and how he can impact a game at pretty much anytime.
Jason Fisher Jason Fisher 6'5" | PF Douglas | 2024 State SD – PF/SF, 6’4″ 190lbs, Sisseton
Fisher really impressed me with the serious skills on the court that make him an elite stretch forward who can be a tool to unlock parts of your offense. He plays most of his time as a 4 who likes to play back to the basket at times but can also change his style of the ball in the game to switch up what the defense is trying to do to stop him. What makes him so dangerous on the court is that he is efficiently a swiss army knife kind of player who can change what he does, if you want a big man or a stretch forward, you have your guy right here. Fisher is a very hard worker who will stop at nothing to be the best and his work ethic is something that scouts should look to. He works hard and plays harder, and if he goes on to play at the college level, he will play more as a swingman style of player which is what he is doing now, just with some more playing time at PF. Overall. Fisher is a versatile player who has some potential and a great work ethic that you would love to have on your team.
Jacob Keller – SG, 6’0″ 160lbs, Webster Area
Keller is someone who is have not seen on many people’s lists for players that could make a big impact this season but I think we could see him be a true threat to teams. Keller’s role in the offense is to be a 3-point shooting threat and that is exactly what he does best. He works very well off the ball and does not need it to be in his hands for his offensive game to be seen, allowing nearly every player to involved in the offensive production. He can set some great screens and also dish out some passes from time to time but he mainly looks to have his own shot be created. Keller has a great jumper that is fast yet it is not often blocked by defenders since he gets it out so fast and above defenders to get his shots in. he’s a sharpshooter and I see him having a great year with the offense that Webster likes to run, he could see a lot of
Maddox May Maddox May 6'1" | SF Aberdeen Roncalli | 2023 State SD – SF, 6’1″ 215lbs, Aberdeen Roncalli
May plays some great bully ball while being undersized for his position, he is a slasher-style forward who is going to bully you in the paint and score. May is mainly seen as an offensive-style threat player and while he can play some serviceable defense, he is mainly an offensive-attack style player. He loves to get the ball in his hands and attack the basket, he uses his upper body strength to power through defenders that try to stop him and he can simply explode at the rim with his speed along with great levels of strength. He can score mainly at the basket yet he can spot up behind the three-point line at times to extend his ability to score. All I can say about May is watch tape of him and you will see how he is simply a beast and how well he fits with his team, making someone I am very high on to start next year.
