He and backcourt teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1408711' first='Brady' last='Stump'] combined to shoot 11-13 at the free throw line. Gillespie is a pill to defend, but likely even more disruptive as a low center of gravity on-ball defender.

Dante Oliver | 6'4" | Dobyns Bennett '23

He's back.

[player_tooltip player_id='1408711' first='Brady' last='Stump'] | 5'11" | Dobyns Bennett '23

The march of March by the Indians of Dobyns Bennett does not happen without the guts and scoring of [player_tooltip player_id='1408711' first='Brady' last='Stump']. Gritty, strength. Stump attacked without a fear against some of the bigger, badder boys of 4A. This year, without Jack Browder, Malachi Hale, and the other departed seniors, Stump will be key. Stump had a really impressive fall league, scoring in bunches, which is unsurprising.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261391' first='Dawson' last='Arnold'] | 6'9" | West Ridge '23

Dawson is, maybe?, the tallest player in the district. His growth as a player the last two years is clear. Arnold was stiff and understandably awkward while he grew into his body. The passion and devotion to the game was always there, and he used that to improve his skills as his coordination caught up. Now, Arnold is able to showcase that fantastic shooting touch from 15' and in. He is a fantastic option to stretch the floor and rebounds well off of two feet.

Wade Witcher II | 6'3" | West Ridge '23

Volume scorer. Wade is strong physically and skilled. He helped his team with nearly 20 points per game last winter. The senior will get to the free throw line a lot and make it count when he arrives.

Luke Scott | 6'5" | Daniel Boone '23

Luke can score in tight. His height is wonderful for the district, within which there are not many true forwards. Scott was and will be very reliable as a free throw shooter. He does require touches to contribute and he will make the few that he gets. As a senior look for Luke to ascend into a bigger offensive role on a team in need of scoring. Needs to be stronger with the rebounding, specifically when the wars come down to hand strength. He rebounds with wonderful technique, but could use more grit.

District 2

Jefferson County
Mo East
Mo West
Sevier County
