Arnold is one of the best scorers in north Alabama and an elite combo guard within the state. As a dynamic ball handler, he excels at breaking guys down off the dribble and creating space for his jumper. He does a great job of playing off hesitations, changing speed, and creating space to exploit in isolation situations. Arnold is also adept at finishing at the rim. Rather it’s finishing through contact, using the floater, or beating guys to the spot- he’s solid at the cup. Though he’s a lethal scorer off the bounce, Arnold is a proficient shooter who can get off the ball and provide spacing and efficiency as an off-guard. With experience, skill, and a consistent history of scoring production, Arnold has to be considered one of the best combo guards in the state and a prospect fully capable of being a No.1 option on a state championship team.
Walker is a certified sniper who can shoot with any prospect in the state and could be a no.1 option on most teams. With solid form, elevation, follow-through, and balance, Walker’s jumper are effective in the midrange and beyond the arch. He’s ultra-efficient as a shooter off the catch but can also be an accurate move. This off-ball movement is bound to create open looks from three or the rim once the defense begins to overplay him for the shot. As an elite shooter, he’s a perfect fit, along with ball-dominant guards that can create and make the game easier for him. Look for Walker to be one of the better wings in the state.
Gossett is a highly crafty/ creative off-guard who has no trouble getting to the rim. Gossett has a deceptively quick first step – and when getting downhill, he can P00P finish with euros, spin moves, and reverses while living at the rim off dribble penetration. Gossett is also highly aggressive in P&R and has no problems knocking shots down from the perimeter if you go under the screen. This broad skill set and natural scoring ability is going to be a pivotal piece to a deep playoff run and have Gossett’s name in elite conversations within the 2025 class.
Harrison is a versatile big who could play a Brook Lopez-type role for the Panthers as a stretch five rim protector. With next-level size, he’s Harrison is a legitimate threat from the perimeter and can open up driving lanes for guards. He also has solid finishing skills, good hands to catch post passes and lobs, and a hook shot he can get to anytime he wants. Defensively Harrison uses his length the protect the rim at a high level and maintains verticality when challenging players at the rim. He also is adept at snaring rebounds and is a double-double machine whenever he laces them up.
Though he isn’t a household name and is one of the younger guys on the team, Rivers had a solid summer and proved himself at a lot of significant showcases. He’s an all-around wing that can fill the stat sheet and affect the game in all phases. He’s a rangy athlete who can take the ball coast to coast in transition and operate as a slasher in the half-court. Rivers is also a capable shooter who can knock down timely corner threes. However, his best skill might be his playmaking. Rivers has a natural feel for the game and nuance you can’t teach. He has the court vision to find the open man or throw guys open, which could be dangerous considering all the shooters he has around him. Rather it’s laser cross-court passes, soft dump-off passes, or lobs – Rivers is usually on time and on target. Look for Rivers to make splash plays and potentially emerge as a top-tier 2025 prospect within the state.
