Jett Miller
Jett Miller
Got to see Miller play back to back games and I liked what I saw, Despite being one of the shorter players on the court, especially when he was playing up, Miller showed solid finishing ability. He uses a herky-jerky handle to keep opposing defenders off balance, and was efficient driving to the basket.
Brady Bensen
Brady Bensen
Loved the effort that Bensen played with. He was relentless when running the floor, following up teammates missed shots, with rebounds. He also showed that he wasn’t afraid to go into traffic and try to grab boards, coming out of several scrums with the basketball. He flashed some grab and go ability, however his best skill was his willingness to compete.
Jackson Emery
Jackson Emery
Emery is a serious player, who competed hard. He has a high IQ, especially on the defensive end, where he jumped the passing lanes for steals on several occasions. He scored in transition, and was one of the few players I saw use the mid range jump shot, hitting a few 15 footers in the game I saw.
James Norton
James Norton
Norton is a sleeper, I liked the efficiency he played with. He was a savy player that did a good job of taking advantage of mid range jumpers. The guard impressed with a strong handle, using a nice right to left COD to get by defenders, and get to the cup.
Tag Ihler
Tag Ihler
801 had so many potential prospects that I just didn’t have a chance to snap a photo of Ihler. He is a sleeper no doubt, as he played with some toughness, and showed the ability to shoot the ball. Ihler was accurate with several corner threes in the game I watched.
Bronson Larson
Bronson Larson
Larson was easy to spot because of his bright orange headband. His game also gave him up as well. He’s a sleeper, with moxie and a good handle. He showed some wiggle, and passing accuracy, breaking down defenders on his way to the cup.
Ryan Steiger
Ryan Steiger
Stieger was one of the first players I saw on the weekend. He is a sleeper mainly because I only saw him the one time. I’m always looking for size and length, and Steiger has a little of both. The best skill I saw from him was his ability to defend on ball.
