The first spot not just in Massachusetts but in all of New England for 2023 is none other than Duke-bound wing [player_tooltip player_id='1081852' first='TJ' last='Power'], the Worcester Academy player. He possesses great offensive versatility, and brings great instincts and rebounding defensively. [player_tooltip player_id='1081868' first='Tre' last='Norman'], Power's lead guard at Worcester Academy, is seventh on the list. The Marquette commit is a physical, strong guard that's flashed an excellent feel for the game.

Cushing Academy and Santa Clara commit [player_tooltip player_id='1231821' first='Luke' last='McEldon'] is at fourteen. He's a big man who can really score but has also flashed an ability to bolster an offense. A spot below McEldon is [player_tooltip player_id='1205486' first='Jordan' last='Clayton'], a Bradford Christian Academy and Mass Rivals product that's heading to Northwestern. He's got a great feel for the game but is equally able to score off-ball.

The first Rivers School product on this list is [player_tooltip player_id='1205491' first='Jayden' last='Ndjigue']. He's a solid perimeter defender who's great at guarding multiple positions. Right after Ndjigue is [player_tooltip player_id='1464481' first='Joe' last='Nugent'] at nineteen. The Holy Cross-bound Nugent is one of the better shooters in New England. He's got a smooth release, excellent mechanics, and can do it all from a shooting perspective.

Rounding out the top-30 are two Cushing Academy products with [player_tooltip player_id='1464583' first='Adrian' last='Uchidiuno'] at 27th and [player_tooltip player_id='1081817' first='Marvin' last='Musiime-Kamali'] at 31st. Uchidiuno, the Brown-bound prospect, is an athletic guard that's capable of scoring in bunches. Musiime-Kamali, playing for Middlesex Magic on the AAU circuit, is a lengthy wing that rebounds, scores in transiton, and defends well.
