Early October Recruiting Notes

Jasen Brooks Jasen Brooks 6'1" | PG Cleveland | 2023 State TN verbally committed to San Diego Monday evening, after returning from an official visit. They also signed Cade Pendleton ('22). Brooks is ranked #8 in the state of Tennessee and will fight for Mr. Basketball. Insanely strong. Fast, quick. Bull. Incidentally, both earned PrepHoopsTN Combine MVP's (2021, 2022).

Jarred Hall Jarred Hall 6'8" | SF Lebanon | 2023 State #65 Nation TN returned from an official visit to Tulsa University. Hall is the #1 player in Tennessee, and certain to help his college early in his career. Uncanny rebounding force. Improved handle and dribbling from the wing. Decent catch-and-shoot guy. Incredible toughness around the rim, both mentally and physically. Hall is a player with plenty of room to develop, since he possesses the perfect D1 wing height and athleticism to carry him higher when he gets into a ruthless college weight program.

Camden Andrews Camden Andrews 6'1" | PG Hamilton Heights | 2023 State TN earned three offers to end September, and selected one of them for his future college home. Monday Camden Andrews Camden Andrews 6'1" | PG Hamilton Heights | 2023 State TN verbally committed to Nova Southeastern over recent offers from Florida Southern and St. Thomas Aquinas College. Lee University tried to get involved, but their interest was apparently too late as Camden wrapped up his recruitment Monday.

Camden is a player that is somewhat unknown in the state, because he played AAU for an Atlanta-based program and plays high school for Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (HHCA), so he does not see many TSSA opponents throughout his winter days. Camden can play. He started for HHCA in his sophomore year and took over the job from Jordan Rawls. Andrews is a bit short for the position, but a fantastic passer and shooter. His game projects as a pass-first college lead guard capable of knocking down open three-pointers if the ball finds him.

Cross Chadwick Cross Chadwick 6'7" | PF Tri-Cities Christian Academy | 2024 State TN visited Appalachian State University as August wrapped.

Billy Richmond earned an offer from Louisville late September.

Jordan Frison Jordan Frison 6'0" | PG Overton | 2023 State TN offered by Ranger and Gaston College. Both Union and Augusta are active.

Confirmed to come by his workouts this month Memphis, Abilene Christian, Lemoyne Owen, Rhodes, & UT Martin.

Jailen Hardaway Jailen Hardaway 6'6" | PF Memphis Overton | 2023 State TN (NYBA) was offered by Southwest College. Heavy recruitment from Union and Lindenwood.

Colin Ayers Colin Ayers 6'0" | PG Cookeville | 2024 State TN (Cookeville) contacted by Lipscomb and TN Tech. No offers just yet.

Rashad Williams Rashad Williams 6'7" | PF Bartlett | 2024 TN (Bartlett) is in contact with Tennessee State, DePaul, Vanderbilt, Missouri, and Bradley.
