<p>Here at Prep Hoops Pennsylvania we take a two month early look at some of the difference makers headed into this winter scholastic season in the Pittsburgh City League. With the rich history of hoops competition in the city of Pittsburgh producing some extremely talented and high-level players over the years the excitement continues to grow for this upcoming five months on the hardwood. Watch for these young men to develop their skills to the level of some of their relatives of the past. Even though not as many teams comprise the City League, the competition is still top notch in each gym across the city.</p>
