All-In Athletics Fall League: Week 2 & 3 Recaps

Below is a recap of the All-In Athletics Fall League from weeks 2 and 3. Note that these are not evaluations written by our staff rather a recap of the games and top performers!

Week 2 Recaps – 10/2:
Heat defeat Knicks 68-57
The Heat were led by forward Ammar Nijmegen’s 15 points, who had a number of strong finishes at the basket and in transition. The Heat’s second leading scorer was Andrew Mann who finished with 13 points, which included 3 threes. The Knicks were led by Tyler Martini with 24 points, who made plays inside and on the perimeter. The Knicks second leading scorer was sharpshooter Alex Spalding with 13 points ( three 3’s ).
Grizzlies defeat Lakers 65-62
Grizzlies were led by Derryl Gaddi with 25 points (three 3’s). Gaddi is a scoring guard who can go on scoring sprees in a matter of seconds. Gaddi displayed pull ups, transition threes, and playmaking in ball screen situations. Grizzlies second leading scorer was Jaylan Taylor with 13 points. Taylor has a strong downhill game, while also having the ability to hit spot up 3s. The Lakers were led by explosive guard Bronson Bartuch Bronson Bartuch 5'10" | PG Elk Grove | 2023 IL with 27 points. Bartuch has a motor that just does not stop. Bartuch showed in this game that he is more than just a shooter but can finish at the basket. Bartuch finished with three 3’s. The second leading scorer for the Lakers was Josh Mattley with 14 points.
Lakers defeat Knicks 78-53
In his second game of the night Bartuch finished this one with an electrifying 49 points (five 3’s). Bartuch again showed his scoring ability with outside shooting and acrobatic and-1 finishes. The Knicks were led by Alex Spalding’s 20 points and Evan Hammersly (16 points).
Mavs Defeat the Raptors
The Mavs were led by Avi Okner with 38 points, which included 4 threes. The Mavs second leading scorer was Avi Meyer with 16 points. The Raptors were led by sharpshooting guard Max Lee with 19 points (five 3’s).
Magic Defeat Heat 69-47
The Magic was led by guard/forward Josh Hutchison. Hutchison finished with 21 points (2 3’s) . Hutchison has the ability to shoot over smaller defenders and go by defenders. The Magic’s second leading scorer was RJ Gamble RJ Gamble 6'0" | PG Wheeling (Wheeling, IL) | 2023 IL with 18 points (2 3’s). Gamble lives in the lane and had a number of strong finishes in the paint. Gamble was also adept in driving and kicking and rebounding over taller defenders. The Heat were led by Giovanni Ortega with 12 points (two 3s)
Nets defeat Raptors 37-35
The Nets were led by Danny Gordon with 14 points (2 3’s) and Raphael Khalife 10 points. The Raptors were led by Max Lee with 11 points.
Jazz defeat Magic
The Jazz were led by Jakob Wortman with 25 points (three 3s). Wortman is a strong slasher and a bonafide perimeter threat, who also facilitated very well in transition. The Magic were led by Josh Hutchison’s 19 points and RJ Gamble RJ Gamble 6'0" | PG Wheeling (Wheeling, IL) | 2023 IL ‘s 13 points.
Bulls Defeat Sixers
6’5 freshman Jake Pollack Jake Pollack 6'8" | PF Deerfield | 2026 State IL finished with 28 points (three 3s) and a big time fastbreak dunk. The Bulls second leading scorers were shifty guards Max Garland Max Garland 6'1" | PG Deerfield | 2026 IL (16 points) and Evan Nagler (16 points). The 76ers were led by Nik Umapathy Nik Umapathy 5'8" | PG Stevenson High School Lincolnshire | 2026 IL with 12 points.
Spurs Defeat Jazz 65-63
The Spurs used their balanced attack of scorers to secure a two point win over the Jazz. The Spurs have size, length and shooting with the likes of Connor Strauss, Anton Strelnikov and Kobi Kaufmann.
Week 3 Recaps – 10/9:
Grizzlies Defeat Magic
The Grizzlies were led in scoring by Deryl Gaddi with 19 points (three 3’s) and second leading scorer Neel Patel with 13. The Magic were led by RJ Gamble RJ Gamble 6'0" | PG Wheeling (Wheeling, IL) | 2023 IL who finished with 18 points (two 3’s), who also had multiple strong “and 1” finishes.
Raptors Defeat the Nets
The Raptors were led in scoring by strong guard Aidan Gibbs. Gibbs scored 18 points (two 3’s) and Gibbs also had multiple pull up jumpers and crafty finishes around the basket. Telman Guankhuyag also chipped in with 15 points for the Raptors. The Nets were led by shifty guard Danny Gofron who scored 14 points.
Grizzlies Defeat the Spurs
The Grizzlies had an all-around good team effort that had four players in double digits. The Spurs were led by 6’5 Anton Strelnikov with 23 points, while Cash Kaczmarek and Connor Strauss chipped in with 9 points each.
Jazz Defeat Knicks
The Jazz were led by Jakob Wortman and Josh Felix who had 15 points each. The Knicks were led by Tyler Martini with 14 points.
Jazz defeat Lakers
The Jazz were led by Jakob Wortman who finished with 36 points and an incredible eight 3’s! The Lakers were led by league leading scorer Bronson Bartuch Bronson Bartuch 5'10" | PG Elk Grove | 2023 IL with 41 points (six 3’s).
