2023 Under the Radar Power Forwards to Watch

Some prospects are set to breakout and boost their stocks in a big way. Here are the 2023 under the radar power forward prospects to watch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1013095' first='Jayden' last='Holmes-Cotter'], 6'6 Freehold Township</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Holmes-Cotter is the leading returning scorer in the Shore Conference and should have another strong season this winter. The 6'6 forward has a strong frame, which he uses to get position down low and can finish through contact. Holmes-Cotter has a nice touch around the basket and can knock down open shots in the mid-range. He is tough to box out on both ends of the floor and is an underrated shot-blocker. The 6'8 forward runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy dunks and baskets in transition. Lane is able to draw contact down low consistently and is developing his range on the offensive end. He is an elite rim protector as he uses his combination of size, length, athleticism and timing to swat shots around the basket. The 6'7 forward has a good touch around the basket and can finish through contact in the paint. Shannon is comfortable playing on the perimeter as he can put the ball on the floor and hit jumpers on the perimeter. He runs the floor hard and rips down rebounds at both ends of the floor. The 6'5 forward has great hands as he catches everything thrown his way and has a soft touch around the basket. Eaves has a nice release on his jumper and can knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. He is a force on the glass at both ends of the floor and holds his ground on the defensive end. The 6'7 forward is a solid finisher around the basket and is able to get position down low. Smith is good in the pick and pop game as he sets good screens in the half court and can knock down shots from behind the arc. He is a solid rebounder and an underrated defender.
