Weekly Recruiting Update

An Indianapolis area point guard committed to a Division II program, several offers were extended at all levels, and prospects took a lot of campus visits. Let's run through all of the latest happenings to get you caught up to date on the recruiting news around the state of Indiana.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul><li>6'0" point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1160716' first='Clay' last='Butler'] (Ben Davis H.S. 2023) announced his commitment to Division II Lincoln University on Tuesday. Butler was offered by the Blue Tigers back on July 28th. Lincoln University is located in Jefferson City, Missouri. </li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1042494' first='Luke' last='Almodovar'] (Noblesville H.S. 2023) earned an offer from NAIA powerhouse St. Francis on Monday while visiting the Fort Wayne campus. Almodovar is a prospect who could really see his recruitment take off as the high school season approaches.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='868251' first='Jake' last='Davis'] (Cathedral H.S. 2023) added yet another offer from St. Thomas this week. The 6'6" sharpshooter now holds Division I offers from Southeast Missouri State, Mercer, Campbell, Army, Incarnate Word, Navy, Farleigh Dickinson, and now St. Thomas.</li><li>6'5" guard [player_tooltip player_id='1162851' first='Nate' last='Matelic'] (Speedway H.S. 2023) took a visit to Hanover College on Tuesday and was offered by the Panthers while on campus.</li><li>6'6" forward [player_tooltip player_id='1295323' first='Ian' last='Stephens'] (New Palestine H.S. 2023) earned a scholarship offer from IU-South Bend while visiting the school on Tuesday.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1253799' first='Chase' last='Kuzma'] (Hanover Central H.S. 2023) picked up his first offer on Tuesday while visiting Dominican.</li><li>5'10" guard [player_tooltip player_id='1272962' first='Joe' last='Smith'] (Penn H.S. 2023) earned an offer from DePauw University on Tuesday.</li><li>6'8" center [player_tooltip player_id='1049166' first='Tyler' last='Horton'] (Warren Central H.S. 2023) picked up offers on back-to-back days while visiting Wabash College on Tuesday and Hanover College on Wednesday.</li><li>Versatile forward [player_tooltip player_id='1273030' first='Richard' last='Dube'] (Perry Meridian H.S. 2023) visited Trine on Wednesday and was offered by the DIII program.</li><li>6'9" [player_tooltip player_id='1049165' first='Jacob' last='Cherry'] (Eastern Pekin H.S. 2023) earned an offer from Division II Kentucky Wesleyan on Thursday.</li><li>LaDarius Wallace (Rock Creek Academy 2023) visited Manchester on Wednesday and was offered while on campus.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1160678' first='Ki' last='Dyer'] (Greensburg H.S. 2023) picked up his first offer from Concordia University Chicago on Thursday while visiting the school.</li><li>6'9" center [player_tooltip player_id='1578385' first='Dylan' last='Watson'] continues to garner a lot of DIII interest as he was offered by Hanover College while on his visit on Thursday.</li><li>6'6" forward [player_tooltip player_id='1556365' first='Divine' last='Adeyanju'] (West Lafayette H.S. 2023) visited Anderson on Thursday and was offered by the Ravens.</li><li>6'4" wing [player_tooltip player_id='1391465' first='Jake' last='Skinner'] (Carroll Flora H.S. 2023) was offered by Franklin College.</li><li>6'7" forward [player_tooltip player_id='1049168' first='Jesse' last='Faires'] (Ben Davis H.S. 2023) was offered by Franklin College.</li><li>6'7" wing [player_tooltip player_id='868228' first='Jermaine' last='Coleman'] (Park Tudor 2023) added to his growing list of offers while visiting Purdue Fort Wayne on Friday.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1272471' first='Hunter' last='Kline'] (East Noble H.S. 2023) picked up an offer from Albion while visiting the MIAA school on Friday.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1273741' first='DaJohn' last='Craig'] (Lawrence Central H.S. 2023) added an offer from Anderson on Friday.
