Jalen Mitchell || Indiana ||
At 6’5 maybe even 6’6 now this kid can flat out ball. While he might be the biggest kid on the floor at times he is not a big, he is a hybrid player that can play all over the floor. He anticipates well and gets breakout steals and he can get up and down the floor. He has a physical frame already and he can bull-dose his way in the paint and through defenders. You can see the hunger in his eyes as his motor is elite for a youngster already. He has a shot and nice arc to his jumper. Those soft hands allow him to bring in those rebounds and lay them up easily. His vision and passing ability is superb and he is shifty with the ball as he can handle and move laterally very well. This kid is too nice.
Jamal McKnight Jr. || Maryland ||
These new age point guards are really taking over. Jamal is leading the pack as he is one tough cover out on an island as he does stay low and makes quick moves that really allow him to keep it simple at times on straight line drives. He is a PG that does not mind contact at all as he is often the one that creates the contact. That pick n’ roll game is elite as he is very good shooting off the dribble going to his left or right. He stays composed and is not afraid to direct traffic. He has a one-two in and out little shimmy that gets defenders all the time. Will be a major creator for years to come.
Cameron Barnes || Missouri ||
Cameron has that big body/big guard and get out the way type of game. He is just built different at 6’5 and strong! Dude can get up and flush it with two hands and with easy. He is catching bodies and he gets turnt up with that electric style of play. He will be drop step dunking on defenders in no time. He blocks shots and he can run the floor. Don’t think that all he does is play in the paint because he can really light it up from deep that that spot up shooting or pick n’ pop shooting. Against a zone he likes to get out there and jack some three’s up and he is good at it.
Taj Sarabga || North Carolina ||
You can see from the motor and quick second jump that Taj will likely continue to develop those skills as his footwork is nice and he keeps that ball high away from defenders. He is really good in the mid-post and he has a soft touch that gets him those nice rolls when he shoots. Willing passer that plays the right way. Will be a stock riser.
