Chase Runyon Chase Runyon 6'3" | SG Portland | 2024 State TN was consistently one of the Top 15 players in the building, thanks to his handle at 6-foot-3ish, and his court awareness. Runyon demonstrated a surprising quickness, considering his height and powerful chest/shoulders. He showed in the 5-on-5 that he could change directions swiftly. He caught one defensive rebound and started his own break, recognizing a driving lane from midcourt, accelerating immediately, and then appropriately decelerating and dishing when the defense forcibly collapsed on his lane.
Above average defender. Importantly, Chase proved at the combine that he can challenge shots successfully without fouling. Good body control and timing. Looks to be a small college wing, possibly wing guard.
Runyon’s weaknesses include playing above the rim and straight-line speed. He can improve both with the natural physical maturity and plyometrics/sprints. His skills are strong for a rising junior.
If a team needs just shooting from him, then Chase will perform admirably as a catch-and-shoot option, but that role underutilizes him.

Good lower-body balance. Volume scorer. His shot is reliable and, at times, very good. The mid-range touch is special for Jason Britton Jason Britton 6'1" | PG North Greene | 2024 State TN .
Just like every high school player, he needs to improve his outside shooting, especially off of one dribble.
Britton’s weakness at this point is probably defensive strength.
With a 10.65 time in the Lane Agility Drill, Britton unveiled the necessary quickness to keep in front of most guards, but he did not get his chest in the way often enough. He must add some “good” weight and then use it to deter drivers.
