Some chuckers get a lot of opportunities to fill the stat sheet simply due to the fact that their team has no depth and they play a lot. When looked at through the lens of who would lead the state in scoring if their stats were projected out to 32 minutes per game, here are the top five players in Idaho.
5. Max Wheeler, North Star High School.
Wheeler would score a healthy 19.3 points per game if he played every minute and didn’t lose effectiveness due to fatigue.
4. Cooper Kesler, Hillcrest High School.
Cooper doesn’t get the bulk scoring of some of his peers, but he would if he played more. He would average 21.5 points per game over 32 minutes.
3. Will Casebolt, Logos High School.
Casebolt brings efficient scoring to northern Idaho scoring 19.8 points per game, but it would be 22 if he played all 32 minutes.
2. Benny Guevara, Notice High School.
Guevara will definitely benefit from his increase in minutes played. As a freshman, he only managed 10.9 points per game, but that equates to a whopping 31.5 if his time on the floor were maxed.
1. Tristan Aspiazu, Notus High School.
Tristan will also benefit from more minutes as a senior. His 10 points per game equates to 35 Per and he should see more time on the floor in the coming year.
These would be Idaho’s scoring leaders if they played 32 minutes and maintained their efficiency.
