Kobi Williams Kobi Williams 6'4" | SG Westminster | 2023 State MO (Westminster Christian): The 6’3″ guard was one of the most impressive players at the camp as she showcased his excellent two-way prowess. He was equally effective as a playmaker and scoring threat with the ball in his hands. He attacked the basket and scored on some very impressive takes while also hitting 3-pointers and his mid-range jumper, which he gets very good elevations. He was also impacting the game on the defensive end as he played the passing lanes well and kept himself in the right position to provide help to his teammates. Very instinctive.
Winston Allen Winston Allen 6'5" | SF Oak Park | 2023 State MO (Oak Park): The athletic 6’5″ wing was impressive at both ends of the court. He started off the first game I watched by knocking down a transition 3-pointer, then following up with a nifty baseline drive and reverse layup. That was just the beginning as he continued to get buckets at all three levels while playing with his usual high level of energy and zeal. He is also a strong rebounder who will play defense and hustle after loose balls.
Traijan Sain (Cedar Rapids, IA): A long and athletic 6’4″ shooting guard who was a three-level scoring threat with a smooth overall offensive package. He is an excellent slashing threat who can also get to the offensive boards to score on putbacks. If he wasn’t grabbing rebounds and going coast to coast for layups, he was pulling up to knock down 3-pointers.
Logan Tuckner (Rochester, MN): A 6’4″ wing guard who can really shoot the basketball from long distance. He displayed a quick release off the catch and he can also get a shot off the dribble if he needed to as he was able to score on some nice takes. He got into the lane and scored on some nice high-arching shots off the glass.
Cole Johnson (Chalfield, MN): A rugged 6’4″ wing who plays with a tremendous motor at both ends of the court. He is also a football standout and he brings that type of aggressiveness to the basketball court. He was flying around the court, diving for loose balls and picking up opposing ball handlers in the backcourt. He is an effective slasher who will also post up and get buckets inside.
