Continue ReadingThe sky is the limit for this athlete, the game came impressively easy to him. Alex Barther wreaked havoc with his silky smooth offensive game, great instincts, and high-level feel for the game. The 6-foot-4-inch versatile prospect has the height and length to be considered a big guard or your ideal wing-forward. He showcased a good combination of size and athleticism which he put on full display in the open court with one-hand and two-handed flushes above the rim. In the halfcourt, Alex blew by defenders with long strides to the basket and once he was inside he was often capable of outleaping the defense. If the ball wasn’t in his hands, you could find Alex back door cutting and spotting up in the corner. Whenever you watch this kid play his enthusiasm and love for the game will stand out as key qualities to his success on the floor.
King Peralta King Peralta 5’11” | SG Keller Timber Creek | 2026 TX had the biggest game-changing defensive impact in the entire gym, a flat-out awesome lockdown defender with an intense competitive nature, tremendous reflexes, active hands, excellent recovery skills, and a first-to-the-floor mentality. He did all of the little things that don’t always show up on the score board or stat sheet but really affect the outcome of the game, like being scrappy, fearless, willing to compete, and get down and dirty for the ball. I admired the his ability to hassle players the full length of the floor and make it difficult for teams to inbound the ball or cross halfcourt without some type of pressure, one of those agitating defenders that’s everywhere on the court constantly disrupting the flow of the offense and causing confusion. True ball hawk, King produced countless deflections, steals, loose balls, and jump balls thanks to defensive IQ that kept him step ahead at all times. Peralta displayed an unwavering motor, you could never count him out on a play because he never gave up, even when it seemed like he was about to get beat. The freshman guard consistently found ways to get a hand on the ball of dribble penetrators, making it difficult for them to get a clean shot off. On the glass, King Peralta King Peralta 5’11” | SG Keller Timber Creek | 2026 TX snatched down defensive rebounds and threw full-court passes with accuracy and precision that led to quick points before the defense had a chance to set up or get back down the floor. What really set him apart from the rest was his tremendous ability to aggressively contribute across the board. By doing so, King consistently made others around him better. This young prospect showed off some great glue-guy qualities, he’s the type of player that can be plugged into any team and make an instant contribution.
Logan Gonzalez Logan Gonzalez 6’3″ | SG Cibolo Steele | 2026 TX could really get it going quickly, get hot, start scoring in bunches, making him incredibly difficult to slow down. He had a stint each game where he would catch fire and do damage from all three levels of the floor whether he was playing on or off the ball. Logan Gonzalez Logan Gonzalez 6’3″ | SG Cibolo Steele | 2026 TX nailed shots in a highly efficient manner, showing prowess in converting contested layups through traffic after drawing the contact and often the and-one call. While coming downhill this solid-built 6-foot-2-inch guard proved to be a handful to stop when he had a full head of steam, Gonzalez hit the hole with just enough force and speed to get into the teeth of the defense with no worries.

With the right work ethic and skill polishing, Michael Best Michael Best 5’11” | SG Dallas Woodrow Wilson | 2026 TX can become one of the more sought-after recruits coming out of Dallas.
Tre Neal Tre Neal 6’4″ | PF Bosqueville High School | 2026 TX stood out as a paint protector and rebound specialist with a knack for playing much bigger than his height. The 6-foot-4-inch Neal played his role exceptionally well at times, protecting the basket on most occasions with interior shot contesting and pass altering, he even came up from behind and from the help side to swat shots and save his team from giving up a layup. His willingness to compete and battle down low on the glass until the very last possession of the day was noteworthy, he showed solid explosiveness in his first and second jump along with good hand-eye coordination that allowed him to tip a lot of rebounds to himself.
