A 6-1 lead guard, Ciesielski is the definition of a pass-first guard. He averaged just 4.0 points a game, but paced the Wildcats attack by dishing out over six helpers a night.

The future Iowa football standout is a dominant all-around player on the hardwood as well. He scores at a high clip and also gets others involved extremely well. He also does a great job protecting the ball, posting nearly a 2-1 assist-to-turnover ratio as a junior.
<strong>3.) 2023 [player_tooltip player_id="956885" first="Mason" last="Coppock"] (West Sioux) - 5.5</strong>
The Falcons figure to be one of the most potent offensive teams in the class this season, and Coppock is a major reason why. He's a versatile three-level scorer with excellent court vision and passing instincts.
<strong>4.) 2024 [player_tooltip player_id="1171662" first="Holden" last="Arnaman"] (West Branch) - 5.4</strong>
The 6-1 guard enjoyed a breakout sophomore season for the Bears, leading the team in scoring (15.7 points a game) and assists. He has established himself as one of the best guards in the class during his first two seasons, and he's only getting better.

A three-year varsity starter who has constantly gotten better, Petersen is one of the best all-around offensive players in the class with his ability to get to the rim, shoot it from deep, and get others involved. He's coming off of a huge summer with the Iowa Mavericks and looked primed to have an absolutely monstrous senior year for a Panthers team that we will have ranked #1 to start the year.

The South Dakota State commit is arguably the best player in the class already after averaging 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 2.5 steals a game as a sophomore, helping lead the Midgets to the substate final. He's quick, confident, an elite ball-handler, and has excellent court vision.
<strong>7.) 2023 [player_tooltip player_id="1240102" first="Carter" last="Boettcher"] (Sioux Central) - 4.9</strong>
The pacesetter of one of the best offenses in the class, Boettcher is also a big-time scoring threat, averaging over 18 points a game last season. In addition to his playmaking talents on the offensive end, he's also a bit of a menace defensively, averaging over two steals a game.
<strong>8.) 2023 [player_tooltip player_id="1167748" first="Ryan" last="Walters"] (South Hardin) - 4.8</strong>
A quick 6-1 lead guard with the ability to break down the defense and get to the bucket, Walters does a good job getting the defense to collapse and then find an open teammate for a layup or jumper.

A confident and high IQ combo guard, Hempen averaged 15.6 points a game for the Falcons last year in addition to his ability to get others involved. He limits turnovers (2.5-1 assist-to-turnover ratio) and is an efficient three-level scoring threat.
<strong>10.) 2023 Aden Vondrak (East Sac County) - 4.4</strong>
Vondrak accounted for over a third of the Raiders assists last season, dishing out more than twice as many as the next highest player on the roster.
