Wisconsin's 2023 class is filled to the brim with talent. There are still some prospects that are going under the radar, though! Here is a list of some underrated college prospects:

[player_tooltip player_id='981140' first='Dino' last='Cook'] -- SF -- Kingdom Prep

Cook has a game that is perfect for the modern college level. The small forward stands at 6-foot-4 and has a strong build. He uses his size very well to find success on both ends of the court. On offense, Cook is a true three-level scorer who can get hot in a hurry. On defense, the SF moves very well and has the ability to guard multiple positions. Keep an eye out for Cook this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039320' first='Brogan' last='McIntyre'] -- SF -- Milton

McIntyre is a prospect that really caught my eye this past summer. Playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2076218' first='Wisconsin' last='Playground Club'], the small forward was able to raise his stock. McIntyre is very athletic and dunks everything. For his squad, the SF can serve as a spark-plug. Whenever his team needs a big-time play, it is normally McIntyre who steps up. College coaches should keep an eye on the Milton product.

[player_tooltip player_id='1349129' first='Nic' last='Williams'] -- PG -- La Crosse Central

Even though I thought that he had an extremely productive summer, Williams is a prospect that is still flying under the radar. The point guard is very dynamic as a scorer. With the ball in his hands, the La Crosse Central PG can do some really impressive things. He is a great shooter, slasher, and passer. Over the last couple of months, I have really come to like Williams' game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1200576' first='Mikail' last='Harmison'] -- SF -- Appleton West

Helping lead his [program_tooltip program_id='2078394' first='Team' last='1848'] squad to a championship in the Hard Work Region this past summer, Harmison proved that he possesses winning DNA. The small forward is a very good shooter who can take over games thanks to his three-point stroke. He is also an above average scorer off the bounce.

[player_tooltip player_id='1397864' first='A.J.' last='Uttech'] -- PG -- Columbus

Uttech was incredible this past spring/summer, and I thought that he did a lot to raise his stock. The point guard is super athletic and strong (something you don't see in a lot of guards). He does a really good job of using his physical attributes to drive to the rim and finish difficult layups through contact. He is also a knockdown shooter and gritty defender. I love Uttech's overall game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1043748' first='Ethan' last='Wall-Atim'] -- PF -- Notre Dame Academy

While Wall-Atim may not be the flashiest prospect in his class, this kid flat-out gets the job done. The power forward prides himself on outworking his opponents in all situations. Wall-Atim is great at fighting for position in the paint; he can use his size to snag boards over just about anybody. Any college looking for a power forward should look no further than Wall-Atim.

[player_tooltip player_id='1012672' first='Will' last='Starks'] -- SF -- Kenosha Tremper

I have watched Starks play a ton over the past couple of years. Playing for [program_tooltip program_id='2078838' first='World' last='Hoops Elite'], the small forward has been one of my favorite prospects to watch. In the paint, Starks is next-level good. He is dominant as a rebounder and very good as a finisher around the rim. College coaches should get on Starks as soon as possible!
