The 2024 Palmetto State turned some heads this past weekend in Rock Hill at the SCBCA #SCLive2022 event. Julen has a great skill level and also took 5 charges in one game to my calculations. Graham is still a RAW talent who continues to keep getting better and better every day. Smith is a wide receiver on the Green Wave football in the fall. Grant is a bruiser down in the paint and a transfer from nearby King’s Academy. [player_tooltip player_id="1168160" first="Caden" last="Giles"] - Nation Ford HS Giles plays Quarterback on the football team for the Falcons. Caden has really sprouted up in the past year. Giles has good mobility and footwork around the paint. Jordan will at times knock you on your block with his play as a mover-screener. Temoney a small forward was able connect on some perimeter jumpers. Caleb has a nice and long athletic frame to patrol around the perimeter. [player_tooltip player_id="1221523" first="Ghaleb" last="Wilson"] - Andrew Jackson HS (Kershaw) TOUGH, TOUGH, TOUGH is one word to describe this young man. Ghaleb spent plenty of time on the deck driving the ball to the cup, picking up a loose ball, taking a charge or running into the bleachers to save a ball from going out of bounce. Franklin was able to connect on some jumpers today from downtown. Jaylan originally came down from the Upstate. Washington is rangy forward who likes to play out on the perimeter. Amari will look to lead the Knights this coming season. [player_tooltip player_id="1466165" first="Alex" last="Atkinson"] - Lower Richland HS (Hopkins) Atkinson is run-jump-athlete who plays well around the paint. Alex is a quick leaper and really looks to alter and challenge shots on the defensive end of the floor. Sully is best suited playing out on the perimeter. Gay runs on the Grassroots Circuit with H2 Elite.
