Henry Leistikow Henry Leistikow 6'2" | PG Mpls Southwest | 2025 State MN (6’1 G MN Heat GNC) Henry was a really fun player to watch this weekend. A true hustler, never give up player that always has energy. He hustles on offense and defense. He created room for himself going up against one of the top teams on the circuit. The way he moves on defense makes it hard for players to get a clean shot off. He also turned the tides later in a game after getting a charge call that hyped up the team.
Mason King Mason King 5'11" | PG Caledonia | 2025 State MN (5’10 G MN Lightning ) Mason is a great shot creator. He is a total floor general and also a knockdown shooter. I loved the way he found his teammates in transition and also how he moved without the ball. He’s a lockdown defender and also can run with the taller guys despite his 5’10 frame. His quick release is very impressive and he can also drive to the rim making tough buckets.
Norbu Jenpa Norbu Jenpa 6'4" | SF Prior Lake | 2025 State MN (6’1 SF MN Magic) Jenpa is a quiet player yet makes a huge difference on the court. He makes his presence known by his work ethic and energy. He helps his team get pumped up and also is there to cut off a pass and then get a bucket in transition. One thing that I noticed that not many players have is a consistent floater. He didn’t miss a single floater in the game I saw going at least 4/4. He can shoot the ball too giving defenders a hard time because from the time he catches to the time he shoots is very little. He also can make some challenging passes to teammates that most can’t.
Brennan Meyer Brennan Meyer 5'9" | PG Duluth East | 2025 State MN (5’9 G Starks Elite ) Brennan is a great all around player. He is involved in every play in some way. He is not only a shot creator for himself but for others as well. He is a sneaky guard that can cause havoc on defense. He is shooting at a high level for his age, which stuck out to me.
Jake Schultz Jake Schultz 6'0" | PG Delano | 2025 State MN (5’10 G MN Matrix) Schultz is a big-bodied prospect who can dominate on the court. To get into the paint, he exploits his mix of muscle and stature. In traffic, the power forward is a great rebounder and finisher. He’s also a capable shot-blocker on the defensive end. Schultz makes offensive players think twice about attacking the hoop by utilizing his length.
