A Bit Too Early Class B ND Power Rankings

We are in mid-June already and high school teams across the State have been busy playing games and working out. With that being said, let’s take our first look at the Class B Power Rankings for the 2022-2023 season. This is our first go-around at the Rankings and things will likely change as the summer plays out. Will any of the Region Champs from last year repeat? 2022 Region Champions Region 1: Kindred Region 2: Grafton Region 3: LaMoure-Litchville/Marion Region 4: Four Winds/Minnewaukan Region 5: Shiloh Christian Region 6: Minot Ryan Region 7: Bowman County Region 8: Stanley 2022 State Champions: Four Winds/Minnewaukan Four Winds/Minnewaukan is our favorite again for 2022-2023 season. They have a legendary coach in Rick Smith. The Indians lost a bunch of talent to graduation. However, 4Winds does not rebuild, they reload! On paper, they do not look super deep because they did not play a ton of subs last season, but the program is loaded with talent and athletes. 4Winds will bring back 3 starters from last year’s State Championship team and a few other guys that played key roles. We are a long way out, but it certainly could be another special year for Four Winds/Minnewaukan. Everyone will be looking to knock FWM off their thrown, who could do it?
