Day 1 in Spartansburg was a three court marathon. Teams from all over the southeast came to play in the last week of April. Below are prospects from Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia.

[player_tooltip player_id="1398980" first="Cam" last="Williams"] | Auburn Raptors 2025

Williams is a playmaker on both ends. The 5’9 2025 guard uses his quickness to break down his man and penetrate the paint. Once past his man, he can draw fouls, dish to bigs, and finish against bigger bodies. When off the ball, he attacked closeouts and knocks down the corner three at a high rate. He’s a good playmaker on the break that can score or find the open man.

Chance Hendricks | Georgia Ignites 2025

Hendricks clocks in at a lengthy 6’1. The guard already has deep range on his jumper. He uses his length to affect his man’s shot on defense. Hendricks has the speed to beat his man off the dribble for looks in the paint. He didn’t have trouble finishing against contact this weekend.

Tyler Latham | Underground Phenoms 2025

Latham is a confident combo guard that can initiate an offense. He made plays out of the pick and roll, hitting the big man right in his pocket. As an off guard, he attacks closeouts to get in the paint where he draws fouls and hits pull-up jumpers.

Jordan Greene | ESF Threat DC Purple 2025

Greene killed it in transition. His speed and ability to change pace allowed him to score 8 of his 15 points on the break. In the halfcourt he knocked down a three and got downhill for looks at the rim. The 2025 prospect finishes plays with both hands.

[player_tooltip player_id="1091930" first="Trevone" last="Palmer"] | Auburn Raptors 2024

Palmer is an athletic 6’4 forward. He’s a great option for dump off passes around the paint. The 2024 prospect can finish above the rim. He’s a consistent force on the boards.

Zachary Brown | Stampede 2024

Brown is a combo guard with a thick frame. He has a shifty handle that allows him to get past defenders in 1 on 1 situations. His handle allows him to get downhill while his frame helps him power through defenders. The 2024 prospect was one of the most physical guards in Spartanburg.

Matt Middleton | Bama Elites 2023

Middleton is an unsigned senior with the game to make an impact on the next level. He’s an athletic defender that logged four blocks, including two chase downs and two steals. He’s a fundamental offensive player that uses jump stops to set up shots on the midrange.

McCray is a well built combo guard that can score on all three levels. Thanks to a strong frame and a shifty handle, he looks to drive first. He can finish through contact and sheds defenders when he gets downhill. He has a consistent pull-up jumper around the elbow. The 2023 prospect is a capable shooter beyond the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id="1444957" first="Shedrach" last="Makanjuola"] | HBSA

Despite recovering from ACL months ago, he still has the athletic burst and power to get past his man. He has a great frame with undeniable length. His passing is surprising for someone so athletic, especially from the elbow. He can make off the dribble shots in the midrange.

Micah Hines | Elite Playmakers 2025

Hines is a playmaker that puts pressure on the rim. He likes to get downhill with the space his crafty handle creates. While he may be in attack mode, he makes plays for other off drives and kicks. He mixes in his floater on drives to give the defense different looks.

Jermaine Hines | Elite Playmakers 2024

The older Hines is an athletic lead guard. He can hit pull-up jumpers in the midrange and from distance. His burst allows him to be a threat in transition and going downhill. He finished with a game of 21 points hitting going a perfect 4 of 4 from the free throw line.

Noah Banks | Metro Elite Basketball Club

Banks had a game high 16 points showcasing the 2025 prospect’s skills. He connected on a pair of wing threes and made tough layups around the rim. The 6’2 guard already has decent size for a young backcourt player.

[player_tooltip player_id="650233" first="Jabari" last="Sumpter"] | Next Level Athletics SC

A long athletic 6’7 wing, Sumpter stood out as one of the best prospects in the building. He was electric anytime he had the ball with a head of steam. The 2022 prospect has great physical tools and the skills to use them on both ends. He checked multiple positions, showing his ability to force turnovers and affect shots. Sumpter will announce his college decision on May 20th.

Zion Fletcher | Auburn 2023

Fletcher showed his ability to produce on the offensive end with a 20 point 4 assist performance. He dropped 3 threes off the catch, got in the paint for layups, and found his big man around the rim. He’s able to get deep in the paint for kick outs and always looks like a threat to get a bucket.
