In the land of a thousand lakes, some of the top teams of the Midwest met up to battle head to head. Each and every court had high-level talent on display. Here are some of the prospects who made a splash this weekend.
Bennett Skinner | Minnesota Fury 26′
Skinner needed a hand in his face as soon as he crossed half court. His focus and shooting ability was on display all tournament long. The Minnesota Fury guard also proved to have soft touch in the mid-range when defenses looked to run him off the three-point line.
Jordan Igwenma | Team Nebraska Express 26′
Igwenma is a combo guard who is a threat on all three levels of the floor. His combination of shooting from range and court vision spaced the floor well for Team Nebraska Express. His keen court vision carried over to the defensive end as well as he constantly made plays in the passing lanes.
Gaege Gangness | Pack 28′
Gangness was a sniper in catch and shoot opportunities. When ran off the line he was able to create his own shots off the dribble. The offensive threat was a handful for defenders when creating for himself and his teammates. His production was key for Pack 2028.
Jake Sherman | Chapman Basketball Academy 26′
Sherman has the ability to heat up quickly, all he needs is to see one go in. His off-ball movements made for an efficient offense for CBA. The combo guard can score the basketball on all three levels of the floor; with silky smooth pull-ups in the mid-range, and soft floaters in the paint.
Montae Geddings | Team Nebraska Express 26′
Geddings has a knack for finding openings in the defense, his off-ball movement resulted in scoring from outside and timely hockey assists for Team Nebraska Express. His impact carried over to the defensive end where he proved to be a ball hawk on the ball and in passing lanes.
