Alex Blume 6’0 3ND Hoops Fam
Alex was a big part in leading his team to a 4-1 weekend. He did a great job at attacking downhill, getting deep into the paint, and setting up his teammates for success. I also loved the fact that he seemed to be guarding his opponent’s best guard.

6’7’’ SD Attack
It’s unique to find a 6’7’’ player at the 15u age. It’s even more unique for that player to be a wing but that’s exactly what

is. Throughout the weekend, Ben was scoring at all levels. It threw teams off when he’d step out and shoot it from deep. Ben’s best moment this weekend was when he’d get two feet in the paint and make jumpers as he’d elevate over his defenders.

6’6’’ SD Attack
All weekend Shawn was a nightmare for teams to defend. AAU tends to be more of a guards game, but Shawn made that an exception. It’s nice to see a true “back to the basket” post player in AAU. In multiple situations, Shawn established himself as a force in the post, then when he drew in help defenders, he’d find the open kick out.
Sully Ihry 5’10’’ Inspired Athletics
This was my first time seeing Sully play and it didn’t take long to impress me. He can absolutely shoot the rock. Any time his defender went under a ball screen, I saw him make him pay. That’s not it, when his defenders sprinted at him to stop him from shooting, he could finish with both hands around the rim.
Brian Zarazua Jr. 6’3’’ Bear Tail
Brian impressed me with his ability to control the tempo of the games. As a 6’3’’ point guard he is strong and guarded multiple positions. It was clear that Brian could fill it up quickly while scoring in multiple spurts which lead his team to a 4-0 weekend.
