Stayed tuned for that but in the meanwhile here are some players we know that are playing up and on some good teams.
6’6 Dean Rueckert Dean Rueckert 6'7" | SF Timpview | 2026 State UT || Utah Prospects ||
Dean is a lean 6’6 that has some athleticism which is often forgotten because he is so fundamental. Dean does a great job of using his IQ to get rebounds on both ends of the floor. He stays active on the glass moving arounds and even getting controlled tips. On the offensive end he crashes the boards and he gets touches and put-backs. Plays really well as a stretch 4/3 and he is deadly in that corner three area. Dean has a unique skill-set that will get him those high level looks. Timpview got a good one in Dean.
6’7 Kai Wesley Kai Wesley 6'8" | PF Orem | 2026 State UT || Utah Prospects || 2026 ||
We’ve been tracking Kai for the past few years and he just keeps growing and it is not out of the questions that he will continue to grow in stature. Kai keeps it simple as he screens and moves well on the rotation side of the ball. Kai is a team player that has a bag in the post too. He will be a force quickly. Could see the floor quickly at Orem in high school. He will be double-teamed immediately, we will tell you that much.
6’7 Jaymn Soundroup || Utah Stars || 2026 ||
Jaymn has to be one of the most exciting players that we have been waiting for to come up because he is just dominant. Good footwork and soft hands near the rim and in the paint. Developmentally Jaymn is ahead of schedule and he continues to improve every aspect of his game.
6’1 Isiah Drisdom || Kongo Elite || 2026 ||
Isiah gets everything going as a PG that penetrates and gets to the rim. His game is complimented with a smooth jumper. Isiah continues to get better every time he hits the floor. Isiah is a buy stock now prospect because he has that look when he’s playing that he is just trying to get better. Stands out on the floor especially as a player playing up a year.
6’3 Junior County Junior County 6'5" | PG Wasatch Academy | 2026 State UT || Kongo Elite || 2026 ||
Junior is a rising star that will likely turn some heads in a few years with what is projected as a talented and developing 3-guard. He defends at a high level and he has strength at his position and age. Improving perimeter game and a solid slashing style of play.
5’10 Mason Hansen Mason Hansen 6'1" | SG Springville | 2026 State UT || Utah Stars || 2026 ||
This dude can shoot the ball. It will be fun to see him transition his style of play to the high school game and he is showing some flashes playing up with the Utah Stars. He will be a zone buster for years to come.
