<p>As we move forward the Prep Hoops Pennsylvania Top 20 All-Stars have been organized for the WPIAL 2A classification of Section 2 from the high school hoop season. We took a good amount of time to evaluate the players for their selection to the top twenty list in no particular order. Over the years this section has been one of the most competitive sections not only in Western PA but in the entire state. </p>

<li>This athletic performer likes to get out of transition and finish at the rim with thunderous slam dunks</li>

<ul>
<li>His offensive skillset includes being able to knock down the deep three and hit the mid-range jumper</li>
</ul>

<li>He is talented enough to score in a variety of ways in the half-court set whether coming off screens or moving well without the ball</li>

<li>A high flyer who plays excellent defense and creates problems for his opponents every night as he protects the basket</li>
</ul>

<li>An overall consistent shooter from the perimeter and on creative drives in the lane he can finish strong against his opponents</li>

<li>He is a strong player on the defensive end but can fill up the shat sheet quickly on offense as well</li>

<p>Dylan Rogers, Fort Cherry HS</p>

<li>His ability to play tough on both ends of the floor makes him a standout player for his squad on a consistent basis during the high school season</li>
</ul>

<p>Marcus Thomas, Sto-Rox HS</p>
<ul>
<li>A high-level defender that gets quality deflections and steals during a contest with the talent to look ahead to his open teammates</li>
</ul>
