Seth Pryor. 6”5. 2025. Syossett
Seth had a tremendous season for the JV. He projects to be a main piece in the rotation for the varsity next season. Has the ability to take you off the dribble or knock down shots. A good defender on or in help defense. Displayed the knack of blocking shots either in defending on the ball or help defense. As Seth gains experience and more confidence he should become a more aggressive scorer.
Salem Pryor. 6”0. 2025. Syossett
An elite athlete. Tenacious defender. Quick hands and feet as well as good insticnts enables him to jump passing lanes. Turns offense into defense quickly. Has been working on improving mid range and perimeter shooting in half court sets.
Mike Gitz Mike Gitz 6'1" | SG Commack | 2023 State NY . 6”2. 2023. Commack
Constant movement. Finds the open spots. Cuts really hard off of screens or to the rim. Initiates contact going to the basket. Has a nice pull up jumper off the bounce. Can also shoot the three. Working on defending and rebounding.
Malachi Polson. 6”0. 2023. Friends Academy
Plays hard on both ends of the floor. Strong on the ball defender. On the offensive end he is hard to knock off the ball or stop from getting to the rim. Really good in transition can score through contact. Working on improving his range.
Emmanuel Ikioda Emmanuel Ikioda 6'4" | SF Molloy | 2023 State NY . 6”4. 2023. Molloy
A nice surprise for the Stanners this past season. Showed the ability to get to the rim. Uses his body to score inside. Working on his perimeter game.
P J Scalisi. 6”2. 2023. Farrell
Expect a big senior season from this fundamentally sound player. Has great length. Can score from all three levels. Moves well without the ball. Displayed a nice pull up jumper from the foul line. Working on more consistency with his shot.
Blaise New Blaise New 5'9" | PG Iona Prep | 2023 State NY . 5”9. 2023. Iona Prep
If your looking for a tough competitor who happens to have incredible PG skills you have found him in Blaise. A tough fearless leader. High basketball IQ. Unlimited range. Makes the right pass, it might be flashy or just the right play. Smooth ball handler. A pure scoring point. Working on getting stronger.
Nasir Muhammad. 6”1. 2023. Xaverian
A nice surprise for Xaverian. This player burst on the scene scoring 12 ppg. Nasir uses his body to command position in the lane. Outstanding rebounder. Scores inside off misses. Working on expanding his range.
