Here is a look at some of the top standouts from Friday’s 15U and 16U action.
Dillon Duff (Gateway-Knights 2025 UA): A 6’3 2025 wing from DeSmet who was impressive in all facets off the game. He could knock down the open 3-pointer, but he also plays without the ball well and gets to the right spots. He’s a nice athlete who has a high motor.
Owen Duff (Gateway-Knights 2025 UA): The twin brother of Dillon Duff, the 5’9 2025 guard lit it up from 3-point range on Friday night. He hit five triples in the first half to stake his team to a big advantage.
Gardner Casey Gardner Casey 5'10" | CG Bolivar | 2025 State MO (Mid Mo Elite 16U): A 5’10 2025 combo guard who plays with a lot of drive and focus. The young lefty is a plus shooter from 3-point range, but he is always looking to attack and keep constant pressure on the defense.
Isaiah Bonaparte Isaiah Bonaparte 5'10" | PG Hickman | 2024 State MO (Columbia Supreme 2024): A 5’11 point guard from Hickman who has excellent quickness and slick ball handling skills. It’s a real challenge for defenders to keep him in front of them as he can blow by or change speeds and directions on the move.
Andrew Moore Andrew Moore 6'0" | PG Troy | 2025 State MO (Gateway Knights 2025): A smooth 5’11 2025 point guard from Troy who plays with excellent control and a nice feel for the game. He handles pressure well and doesn’t get sped up. He’s a nice perimeter shooter who can also set the table for others.
Beau Chamberlain (Arena Basketball Club 2024): The 6’3 2024 forward from Sioux City, IA had the best sequence of the evening. He scored the game winning basket in overtime with five seconds left, then blocked the potential game-tying shot at the buzzer. He was an impressive worker who could maneuver in the paint for buckets.
Jagger Cornell (Columbia Supreme 2024): A 6’4 2024 forward from Rock Bridge who was very good on Friday with his high energy style of play. He has good length and he was always moving. He attacked on the drive and got to the offensive boards. He also knocked down a Corner 3.
Jordan Redden (Gateway Knights 2025): An athletic 6’2 wing from Chaminade who was impressive with his bounce and ability to impact play at several spots on the floor. He has a quick jump on the offensive boards and he could get deflections and steals with his length. He also hit a pair of open 3-pointers.
