Oquoieah Earl
#1 for Grind don’t stop the 6’5″ junior started out strong for his team. Although his team started out slow he was the guy to make sure they got in their groove to spark a run. Oquoieah is extremely athletic and plays both ends of the court. Earl uses his athleticism to his advantage by blocking shots off the glass or getting out running to finish in transition. Early looks like a forward for his grind team but he has the making of being a really good guard for a college program at the next level. From his ball-handling ability, shooting, and ability to drive and get himself to the free-throw line, he makes a nice 2 guard.
James Deloach
#35 for Grind don’t stop, the 6’5″ junior plays like he is 6’5″! An elite shot-blocker around the rim, very physical and is very well the defensive anchor for his team. When watching him play, he shows he’s still raw with his back to the basket or his face-up moves but his ability to score when he gets a dump-off pass from his guards is without a question one of the strongest parts of his game. Deloach isn’t afraid to make his presence known by flushing it with 1 hand or 2 hands off a drop step. He will be a really good athlete playing the 3 or 4 possession for someone at the next level.
JJ Wilson
#12 the 6’7″ big for Oklahoma primetime in the class for 2024 will be a steal for any school at the next level. The skilled big man is a silent competitor! Doesn’t say much but has a huge impact on the game and lets his opponents know he’s out to compete at the highest level. The lefty big man has shown numerous times that he can make plays out of the post when he gets double-teamed. The well-polished Wilson seems to be in shape and more than capable enough to make plays for himself or for others finding open shooters. JJ is an excellent finisher around the rim, rebounder, and a scoring playmaking lefty. He is very well one of the best players in this tournament night in and night out and a fun one to watch.
Nelson Shinkle Nelson Shinkle 6'8" | PF Jefferson City | 2024 State MO#42 for Mid Missouri Elite is a 6’7″ lefty in the 2024 class. What’s nice about Shinkle is how he has a nice pace to his game and flow. He understands spacing, and the situation of the games, and uses himself as a decoy to free up his teammates. Nelson is always locked in and competes for every game and every possession. Nelson has a high IQ for the game and a nice touch on his finishes. Excellent around the rim has good hands and has the ability to beat you off the bounce.
Jude Hill
#32 for Team Takeover is a 6’2″ guard in the class of 2024 that will be a hidden gem for a school at the next level. Hill is a shot taker and a shot-maker. With the game on the line, Hill wanted the ball in his hands and converted more often than not. Jude is a player that wears his heart on his sleeve and makes you as a fan gets into the game. The junior has a nice frame for a guard and has the ability to play at a high level with how well he competes. Takes great shots, competes on the defensive end, and is one of the reasons that team takeover plays at a high level.
