Class 5A WPIAL Section 3 – Fab 15 Standouts

<h5>As we continue with the selection of all-section teams in the 5A classification, the teams and players did not disappoint us this season. With such a competitive group of coaches/players on the court, the gyms were on fire while it was extremely cold outside. Let’s take a look at our Fab 15 of the WPIAL Class 5A - Section 3, which is a talented group of players. These fine young men were selected by the Prep Hoops Pennsylvania staff and are more than worthy of their selections to the Fab 15 of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League.</h5> <h5> </h5> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Class 5A - Section 3</strong></span></h5> <h5><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>FAB 15</strong></span></h5> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="991332" first="Daemar" last="Kelly"] - Penn Hills High School</p> <p>Junior - Combo Guard - An extremely skilled guard with the overall talent to score in a variety of ways during a game and exhibit strong leadership</p> <p><br /> [player_tooltip player_id="1185008" first="Will" last="Kromka"] - Gateway High School</p> <p>Senior - Wing Forward - This young man has been a consistent starter for his team and produced throughout his career</p> <p><br /> Caden Smith - Franklin Regional High School</p> <p>Senior - Shooting Guard - His high basketball IQ combined with a sound offensive skill set makes him tough to defend over four quarters</p> <p><br /> Jaden Dugger - Penn Hills High School</p> <p>Senior - Wing Forward - He is a high flyer on the break as well as driving the baseline for slam dunks </p> <p><br /> [player_tooltip player_id="1186412" first="Landon" last="Butler"] - Latrobe High School</p> <p>Junior - Combo Guard - An above-average ballplayer with the fundamentals to be a difference-maker on the court</p> <p><br /> Kanya Thompson - McKeesport High School </p> <p>Senior - Point Guard - The basketball knowledge of this performer makes him a coach on the floor for his team</p> <p><br /> Jardon Carr - Gateway High School</p> <p>Junior - Shooting Guard - This lanky, quick defender uses his skills to cause havoc with deflections and steals in the half-court set and during full-court pressure</p> <p><br /> Deontae Williams - Woodland Hills High School </p> <p>Senior - Shooting Guard - He likes to push the ball during the transition and finish in the lane consistently with floaters and euro-step moves</p> <p><br /> George Mitchell - Penn Hills High School </p> <p>Senior - Wing Forward - His ability to slash to the basket and finish with creativity makes him a matchup problem for his opponents</p> <p><br /> [player_tooltip player_id="1395879" first="Noah" last="Barren"] - Penn Hills High School </p> <p>Junior - Shooting Guard - A talented scorer from the perimeter and with penetration in the lane that makes his ability standout </p> <p><br /> Tavarese Rowe - McKeesport High School</p> <p>Junior - Wing Forward - An athletic forward that plays above the rim and rebounds well on both ends of the floor with "big time" highlight performances</p> <p><br /> M.J.
