<h5>As we conclude with the selection of all-section teams in the 1A classification, the teams and players did not disappoint us this season. A competitive group of student-athletes showcased their skills in gymnasiums across Western PA. Let’s take a look at our Fab 15 of the WPIAL Class 1A - Section 3, which is an extremely talented group of young men. These high school basketball players were selected by the Prep Hoops Pennsylvania staff and are more than worthy of their selections to the Fab 15 of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League.</h5>

<p>6’11, freshman, wing forward</p>
<p>An extremely tall, lanky, young man with an improving perimeter game to compliment his imposing defensive shot-blocking ability in the paint.</p>

<p>Amari Wesley (Imani Christian Academy)</p>
<p>5’10, senior, point guard</p>
<p>This quick, shifty guard likes to lead his team on the fast break with precision passes and creative dribble moves in transition.</p>

<p>Virgil Hall (Imani Christian Academy)</p>
<p>6’10, sophomore, center</p>
<p>An intimidating big man who has developed a quality low post game while owning the boards on both ends of the court.</p>

<p>He has a high basketball IQ and is a proven leader for his teammates on a consistent basis.</p>

<p>A high level scorer with the talent and skillset to fill up the stat sheet in bunches through four quarters of a contest.</p>

<p>He brings physical play to both ends of the floor and creates opportunities to score in a variety of ways.</p>

<p>6’1, junior, point guard</p>
<p>A strong floor general that is extremely unselfish and makes sure he puts his teammates in correct positions to be successful.</p>

<p>Braylan Lovelace (Leechburg High School)</p>
<p>6’3, junior, wing forward</p>
<p>His athleticism helps him on penetration from the wing to the basket while having the vertical ability to rebound at a high level on both sides of the court.</p>

<p>Eli Rich (Leechburg High School)</p>
<p>6’5 senior, power forward</p>
<p>This big, strong forward has excellent footwork and likes to be physical in the low block finishing against his opponents.</p>

<p>He pushes the ball in transition and also enjoys the movement in the half court offensive set as well.</p>

<p>His perimeter shooting ability is a strong suit for this young man while having the defensive skills to snag steals and deflections throughout a game.</p>

<p>A skilled combo guard that lights up the scoreboard with consistency from many positions on the hardwood while being a leader for his team.</p>

<p>A talented shooter that can handle the ball and has a solid assist/turnover ratio.</p>
