He’s very versatile on offense, able to score on the block and the perimeter. Weems spends most of his time on the wing. He has a strong body that helps him get all the way to the rim but also has a deft jumper, capable of hitting step-back threes and mid-range pull-ups. Weems is an effective rebounder that earns second chances on offense and is a competent defender that can defend guards and bigs. He totaled 11 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and 1 block vs. Game Certified Elite.</p> <p><strong>2023 6-4 W [player_tooltip player_id="1426101" first="Jack" last="Thomas"] – PSB Atlanta – King’s Ridge<br /> </strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1426101" first="Jack" last="Thomas"] is the perfect fit at King’s Ridge. He’s a multi-dimensional wing with size and athleticism. He does good work on the glass and is a well-rounded scorer. Thomas can make things happen off the dribble and also space the floor with his outside shot. He sank three threes on his way to 11 points and 7 rebounds vs. TSF Elite.</p> <p><strong>2023 6-4 W [player_tooltip player_id="1239894" first="Damien" last="Mitchell"] – TSF Elite – Wheeler<br /> </strong>Mitchell isn’t a household name due to a deep roster at Wheeler, but he’s a kid that could start on the vast majority of rosters around the state. He plays with a lot of energy. He has length and an aggressive mindset. Mitchell is a smooth slasher with an improved jumper. He loves attacking off the dribble and pivoting back for turnaround jumpers. Mitchell had his mid-range game clicking against PSB Atlanta, pumping in 18 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 blocks. Extending his range to the three-point line will help with his development. His value as a defender makes him a potential late bloomer that should draw recruiting attention when all is said and done.</p> <p><strong>2023 6-2 G [player_tooltip player_id="1426100" first="Chase" last="Hill"] – PSB Atlanta – Rockdale County<br /> </strong>Another player with a good motor, [player_tooltip player_id="1426100" first="Chase" last="Hill"] is a strong athlete that chips in in different ways. He scores off the dribble, with the three and on putbacks. Hill is a good rebounder for his size and has the quickness and leaping ability to contest shots on defense. He averaged 13.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.5 steals for the Bulldogs his junior season. Hill tallied 13 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block on Saturday.</p> <p><strong>2023 6-2 SG Amir Rosa – SBT 2023 – Sprayberry<br /> </strong>Amir Rosa emerged as a top scoring option for SBT this weekend. He doesn’t have a flashy game and doesn’t need to to be successful. He scores at all three levels. He has a soft touch from the mid-range and three-point line and can score around the rim on drives. His one-dribble pull-up is effective. He had 14 points and 4 rebounds vs. GCPC Stars.</p>
