We all know the term in the stock market "buy now" well these young men below are worth that tag as their performances over the weekend got a lot of attention in the Wiregrass Sports Complex in Tampa. Proving Grounds was a very telling event and you can see the various levels of talent just by taking in a few mins of live action on each court. Below we break down some players who need to be on the radar and who should continue to have a great travel season ahead.

Caleb Austin Jones-Dicks - Sunshine Elite - Cypress Creek High School - I have been on the travel scene over 8 years now and this was my first time hearing and seeing this young man in live action. He was easily one of the best guards in the building and was a matchup nightmare all weekend long. Caleb can score at will and is a strong finisher at the rim. He uses good combination moves to get where he wants on the floor and uses his body very well. Caleb is engine on this team and can get hot in a hurry causing fits or the opposing team. I was very impressed with this young man and look forward to watching him at future events.

Jack Burkard - God 1st - Jesuit High School - This 6'4 sniper is tough to guard and can get points up in a hurry. Jack always is working on his game and gets better every time I see him play. He is a versatile wing who can help in a variety of ways on both ends of the court. Jack had a solid overall weekend helping his team finish at 3-1.

Dillon Costello - PSB - Robinson High School - Dillon plays very physical and is a rebounding machine. He is relentless on defense and goes hard on both ends of the court. Dillon is a solid finisher around the rim and helped lead his team to a perfect 4-0 weekend. I was impressed with his motor and the intensity he brought on each possession.

Ray Daniels - 305 Elite - North Miami High School - Ray is a shifty guard who can create on offense and knows how to get his teammates involved. He has a smooth game and plays with high energy while being a key part of his teams overall success. This 305 Elite team is a team to watch as they have a ton of talent and with Ray playing as well as he does at the guard position they will be a tough team to compete with throughout the season.

Jamar Cullum - Team Dynasty - Palm Beach Lakes High School - Jamar is a physical big who is a handful to handle inside the paint. He has a good first step using his jab step to attack the rim and is a strong finisher. He does a nice job rebounding and is solid on the defensive end as well. Solid overall player with good upside to his overall game.
