[player_tooltip player_id="1387454" first="Kevin" last="Winscot"] | Plattsmouth

The Iowa Western commit does a little bit of everything on the court. Winscot is a solid rebounder, a capable passer, and holds his own on the defensive end. His calling card is three-point shooting, where he shot 33% on the year on a diet of mostly pull-ups.

[player_tooltip player_id="890610" first="Antone" last="McNair"] | Omaha Benson

Mcnair is your classic microwave scorer. He has a good handle and uses screens effectively to get to his spots in the midrange. He finished the season averaging nearly 16 points per game.

[player_tooltip player_id="1371602" first="Keah" last="Paljor"] | Omaha Central

At 6’7", Paljor brought good rim protection and rebounding to a team that needed both. He was effective at guarding two in the pick and roll before fully recovering to his man. Offensively, he showed flashes of great play finishing ability off lobs and rolls.

[player_tooltip player_id="1371601" first="Raheem" last="Briggs"] | Omaha Central

Briggs was one of the best rebounders I watched all year. He has the desired combo of speed and strength but also brings the will required to win those loose balls. Considering the fact that these last few seasons were his first in organized basketball, Briggs brought tremendous value to the Eagles.

[player_tooltip player_id="1371598" first="Chudier" last="Tut"] | Omaha North

Tut was a force in transition at times for the Vikings, and he used his athletic gifts to be an effective rebounder at the guard position. If you can get him the ball against a tilted defense, Tut can make you pay.

[player_tooltip player_id="1416237" first="Brecken" last="Miller"] | Papillion La Vista South

Off the bench for the Titans, Miller could you give you whatever you needed. He was an effective rebounder and ball mover, but he also has a knack for knifing his way to the rim and finishing with balance.

[player_tooltip player_id="1371604" first="Spencer" last="Smith"] | Papillion La Vista

Smith excelled in his role as the clean up man for the Monarchs. He averaged 7.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, doing most of the dirty work down low. He dealt out to punishment to opposing bigs when they entered his space.

[player_tooltip player_id="890601" first="Weston" last="Morrow"] | Maywood-Hayes Center

The Maywood point guard has a unique ability to rack up steals and deflections. He baits ball-handlers into turnovers with his positioning and anticipation.

[player_tooltip player_id="1416252" first="Easton" last="Marshbanks"] | Lincoln Christian

Marsbanks’ points per game increased by 125% from his junior season, and his rebounds per game increased 157%. His post positioning without the ball fueled his whole offensive game. If he effectively sealed his man, he was able to catch and rise all in one motion. If his defender worked around the seal he would give a shoulder fake and pivot back for the hook over his opposite shoulder.

[player_tooltip player_id="1416243" first="Jack" last="L’Heureux"] | Lincoln Lutheran

In his first year playing varsity basketball, L’Heureux held his own in the paint. It didn’t always look the prettiest, but his drop coverage defense was effective in limiting shots at the rim for opposing offenses.

[player_tooltip player_id="1416249" first="Tanner" last="Walling"] | Wayne

Whether it was movement shooting off flare screens or transition three-pointers, Walling showed good balance and footwork from deep. He finished the year shooting 40% from distance.

[player_tooltip player_id="1300959" first="Jacob" last="Czapla"] | Blair

Czapla gave Blair reliable spot-up shooting in his final season. He never forced a shot, and was more than capable of driving the basketball against a closeout and finishing through traffic or kicking it to another shooter.
