Tyler Connelly Tyler Connelly 6'1" | PG Byron | 2024 State MN of Byron (6’1 guard). Tyler was one of the better young playmakers I got to see in this class this year. The word efficient is what comes to mind in the three games I saw him play. Strong playmaker and despite being young, Tyler’s ability to score on the move with contact being absorbed and then adjusted, it impressed. Surely one of the better Byron players this year.
Reid Hartmann Reid Hartmann 6'3" | SF Red Wing | 2024 State MN of Red Wing (6’2 guard). When it comes to workers Reid Hartmann Reid Hartmann 6'3" | SF Red Wing | 2024 State MN ranks with the best. He’s an excellent corner/wing shooter for Red Wing off the bench and a player that can handle. Many know of him for his baseball prospect ability but Reid is also one of the Big Nine’s better young hoopers.
Ayden Helder Ayden Helder 6'2" | SG Stewartville | 2024 State MN of Stewartville (6’2 guard). Helder is one of three Tiger players that had big roles for the varsity this year. Helder has scored three-four times a contest this year. Plays with a toughness that has got him on the floor early.
Tegan Malone of Stewartville (6’2 guard). Stewartville has a really nice sophomore class and Tegan is a big part of that. He’s scored 11 points game this season and is a 40% Club member by far topping the requirements (45 percent three point shooter). Also an active player in the passing lanes.
Jack Skinness of Albert Lea (6’1 guard). The Tigers had a rough year but they did get a nice season from Jack off the bench handling some and scoring a couple baskets a game.
Easton Suess Easton Suess 6'4" | SF Kasson-Mantorville | 2024 MN of Kasson-Mantorville (6’4 forward). Pound for pound Easton is one of the better rebounders you will find. A two year big minute veteran that just gets to the ball. He times steals, deflections, boards, blocks, and so many things on the court with a great feel. Gets hands on the carom ahead of movement plus is a double figure per game scorer. Really nice all around player.
Henry Tschetter Henry Tschetter 6'3" | SG Stewartville | 2024 State MN of Stewartville (6’3 guard). If we had to pick an MVP of this group it would be Henry. He’s led Stewartville to a bit better season than expected as the team’s leading scorer (about 13 a game) and the top creator (about three threes a contest). Henry has attacked the basket and pulled up or scored at the cup on nearly 47 percent of his attempts this year.
