The high school season provided us with an opportunity to go deep and evaluate prospects of all levels. Several players used the season as an opportunity to put their names on the map In this article, we breakdown some of the new additions to the rankings.
Beoh Johnson Beoh Johnson 5'10" | SG Sunrise Mountain | 2022 State NV 5’10 PG Sunrise Mountain #129 – Johnson makes his first appearance on the list after a Senior season which saw him average nearly 6ppg for the Pirates. Johnson is a pesky defender and contributed on the glass with nearly 4 boards per game.
Tranel Bradley Tranel Bradley 6'8" | PF Basic | 2022 State NV 6’7 PF Basic #124 – Bradley makes this list mostly based on what I saw in the preseason. While he didn’t produce much for the Wolves, his size and athleticism are impossible to ignore. A sleeper that could probably benefit from a post-grad year, Bradley enters at 124.
Aidan Wilson Aidan Wilson 6'3" | PF Las Vegas | 2022 State NV 6’3 PF Las Vegas #123 (featured image) – Wilson is a glue guy that lands on the list after doing the little things for the Wildcats. His rebounding, interior defense, and intangibles helped the Wildcats reach the 4A semifinals.
Solomon Mason Solomon Mason 5'8" | PG Palo Verde | 2022 State NV 5’9 PG Palo Verde #121 – The high-energy PG Mason, makes the list for his first time. He was one of the top defenders for Palo and showed the ability to score off drives to the lane.
Rah’Qeeb Sheppard Rah’Qeeb Sheppard 6'1" | SG Spring Valley | 2022 State NV 6’1 SG Spring Valley #120 – My man “Q” makes the list. Sheppard brought defense and toughness to a Grizzlies squad that reached the 4A Championship game. Although his primary role was defense, Sheppard scored off dribble drives when given an opportunity.
Javin Tindall Javin Tindall 6'3" | SG Liberty | 2022 State NV 6’3 SG Liberty #119 – Tindall is one of those players with talent, on a loaded team. The 6’3 wing didn’t get many minutes for the state champes, however, he’s a good athlete with above-the-rim finishing ability who manage to create a few highlight plays when he had the chance.
Donovan Ude Donovan Ude 6'2" | PF Palo Verde | 2022 State NV 6’2 PF Palo #118 – Ude cracks the list after displaying the ability to rebound and score on the inside for Palo. The undersized forward has a quick second jump, which allowed him to defeat taller players in 50/50 rebounding opportunities.
