ND Class B All-State Team: PHD Version

<p>Class B North Dakota had another entertaining season in North Dakota. Four Winds/Minnewaukan capped off a perfect season with an unblemished record and a State Championship. Class B was well represented by the Mr. Basketball finalists with [player_tooltip player_id="787658" first="Joe" last="Hurlburt"], [player_tooltip player_id="812226" first="Trey" last="Brandt"], and [player_tooltip player_id="1046356" first="Jayden" last="Yankton"]. The NDAPSSA came out with the All-State Team on Thursday night.
