<p>The Division 4 field was rich with top notch teams and high quality talent. In the semifinals Ewen-Trout Creek topped Lake Leelanau St. Mary 62-56 and Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian defeated Genesee Christian by a score of 77-33. In the championship game, Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian topped Ewen-Trout Creek in a hard fought overtime game with a final score of 56-45 game. I’m going to give you a Most Outstanding Player and some Honorable Mentions for the Division 4 Final 4.</p>
<h2>HONORABLE MENTIONS</h2>
<p><strong>Eric Abramson (2022, CG, Ewen-Trout Creek)</strong></p>
<p>Abramson was impressive in the Final 4. He was an excellent 2 way player that scored at a high clip as well as created some chaos on the defensive end. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1170692" first="Trenton" last="Boike"] (2023, PG, Genesee Christian)</strong></p>
<p>Boike struggled with his shot in the semis, finishing with 7 points. However, it’d be a huge disservice to him and what he’s done to leave him off this list. Boike had an epic playoff run.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="864008" first="Jaden" last="Borseth"] (2022, G/F, Ewen-Trout Creek)</strong></p>
<p>Borseth was terrific in the Final 4. He was a sid scoring threat, a consistent rebounder, and he fed teammates the ball when they were in scoring positions. Borseth averaged 17 points, 7 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2 steals per game in the Final 4. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="986572" first="Shawn" last="Bramer"] (2023, G/F, Lake Leelanau St. Mary)</strong></p>
<p>Bramer showed us why he should be considered one of the best pure athletes on the west side of the state. He had 25 points and 8 rebounds in the semifinal game.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1300922" first="Tyler" last="Chapman"] (2022, SG, Genesee Christian)</strong></p>
<p>Chapman paced his team offensively against a staggering Tri-Unity defense. He finished the game with a team high 10 points.</p>
<p><strong>Hanif James (2023, C, Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian)</strong></p>
<p>James was a model of consistency in the Final 4. He’s contributions were big, as he averaged 8 points and 5.5 rebounds in the Final 2 contests. </p>
<p><strong>Owen Rosendall (2024, SG, Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian)</strong></p>
<p>Rosendall was so solid in Final 4 play. He was critical to Tri-Unity’s success in both games, averaging 10 points and 5 rebounds in the 2 games. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="864025" first="August" last="Schaub"] (Lake Leelanau St. Mary)</strong></p>
<p>Schaub was solid in a tough semifinal defeat. He finished with 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 steals. Schaub was solid from 3 point range wher he shot 4-7.</p>
<h2>MOST OUTSTANDING PLAYER</h2>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="863922" first="Brady" last="Titus"] (2022, PG, Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian)</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="863922" first="Brady" last="Titus"] went out the way that [player_tooltip player_id="863922" first="Brady" last="Titus"] deserved to go out - As a champion. The young man is, and always has been, a gamer. He plays biggest on the biggest of stages. Titus has been a top 10-15 player in the state for 4 years now. He’s a special talent that has fought through adversity and came out better on the other end. This was the second consecutive season that Titus led Tri-Unity to the state title game. This time he came out on top. In the semifinals, he had 21 pointe, 9 assists, and 6 rebounds. In the championship game, Titus scored 33 points and dished out 4 assists. </p>
