Class of 2023 Top SG’s

<p>When it comes to shooting guards in the class there is no shortage of players to choose from as there are various players that can shoot the ball well, from distance and with high accuracy. A few are undersized and some others have positional size. When it comes to guards in Utah there are some that are classified as PG’s and CG’s but here is the list of top shooting guards in the state.</p>
<p><strong>#11 [player_tooltip player_id="942593" first="Yorgio" last="Golesis"] || Skyline High School || 2023 ||</strong></p>
<p>Yorgio has been a lights out shooter since arriving at Skyline. He can score on the move without the ball, in a catch and shoot he is dangerous as well. With the ball in his hands he can create space for himself because he is quick and shifty. When it comes to hitting off the bounce he is good too. Keep an eye on him as his recruitment could heat up. </p>
<p><strong>#19 [player_tooltip player_id="969237" first="Braxton" last="Hawkins"] || Lehi High School || 2023 ||</strong></p>
<p>Braxron is next up in the line of shooters that have come through Lehi. Look for him to get loose this next year and let more fly. </p>
<p><strong>#26 [player_tooltip player_id="934023" first="Kevin" last="Doe"] || East High School || 2023 ||</strong></p>
<p>Kevin has been a tough and physical guard for East and he can shoot the ball. He didn’t put up a lot hits year but he had a higher percentage than most. Look for him to increase his production this upcoming year. </p>
<p><strong>#31 [player_tooltip player_id="1046503" first="Hayden" last="Howell"] || Sky View High School || 2023 ||</strong></p>
<p>Sky View is often a place that has top talent but because they are so far up North that a lot of people forget about them. [player_tooltip player_id="1046503" first="Hayden" last="Howell"] can light it up form deep. He should have Sky View as one fo the top teams in the north with his shooting ability. He has some good size and he can definitely shoot. </p>
<p><strong>#41 [player_tooltip player_id="934037" first="Jaxson" last="Workman"] || Murray High School || 2023 ||</strong></p>
<p>Jaxson has a unique game as he can handle but he does a lot of his damage out in the perimeter. Jaxson crosses half-court and he is in range. Really like him out at the top of the key as he can move and hit off the dribble. Could really have a big year this season. Excited to see how he plays in the Spring and Summer. </p>
