With the new class of 2022 rankings update, a handful of new players have been added to the official rankings and their skills and abilities have proven to be great and worthy of ranking. Continue reading for a look at the new additions to the class of 2022 rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id="1340153" first="Christopher" last="Kern"], Ririe: Christopher has shown his abilities to be a leader on and off of the floor throughout the season. In addition, Kern does a great job of rebounding for Ririe, and finishes really well in the paint and at the rim. Kern has made big strides this year and continues to push his potential.

[player_tooltip player_id="1308980" first="Walker" last="Peterson"], Nampa: Walker is an excellent pass first point guard who knows how and when to get his teammates involved. Peterson has great court vision and always makes sure his passes are on target. Walker also has a great mid-range jumper and showed flashes of extended range throughout the season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378374" first="Carter" last="Sanroman"], Clark Fork: Carter is a natural leader who helped Clark Fork achieve a lot of success throughout this past season. Carter is a menace in the paint and can drive and finish at the rim, or drive and dish to the open man. Carter has a really high basketball IQ and plays hard on every single possession.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378375" first="Sam" last="Bennett"], Clark Fork: Sam is a great player at Clark Fork who can do a little bit of everything in order to help his team achieve victory. Sam is a solid rebounder who can battle with anyone and everyone in the paint. Bennett does not shy away from contact and is a great defender to guard the most difficult opposing matchups.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378376" first="Tanner" last="Groves"], Kellogg: Tanner had a great season for Kellogg and was one of the best players and most consistent players on the team for the entire season. Tanner brought his A-game every single day and his hustle and ability to score really well through contact at the rim was a difference maker in tight games.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378371" first="Travis" last="Mathews"], Priest River: Travis has a knack for showing up big-time in really important games and showed that he could keep his cool and find ways to win whenever the game got close in the fourth quarter. Travis is a player that you want to have on the court in the final minutes of a tight game to close things out.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378372" first="Logan" last="Crane"], Madison: Logan helped pace Madison this past season and was a constant source of energy and effort on both ends of the floor. Crane is an extremely coachable player and learns quickly.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378370" first="Taylor" last="Freeman"], Rigby: Freeman was a really solid player for Rigby last season who was able to produce really well on the offensive end. Taylor can score at all three levels and is not afraid to face a tough defender thanks to his size and strength.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378373" first="Sam" last="Kunz"], Rigby: Kunz has a smooth game that makes his skills look effortless on the court. Sam put together a lot of complete games this season and his consistency on the defensive boards helped to close out a lot of tight games.

[player_tooltip player_id="1378369" first="Colby" last="Renner"], St. Maries: Colby again proved why he is one of the main reasons for St. Maries’ success throughout the season thanks to his ability to pus his teammates and fill up the stat sheet.
