Some exciting players displayed their talents during the Final Four, the biggest stage of the year; here are a few…
Kenneth Mitchell, Jr. (6’4/Wing/2022)
School: Enterprise HS

Twitter: N/A
As many times I have seen Enterprise this year, this was the first time that I saw the talented Kenneth Mitchell, Jr produce in the way he did at The Final Four. He made plays on both ends of the court, rebounded well, got easy put-backs, and was finishing above the rim.
He has good positional size and is highly athletic.
His play was pivotal in both games, and it was his ten first-half points in the finals that kept Enterprise close while others got off to a slow start. We will be updating his recruitment status in our next college coaches report. His stat line from the Final Four was as follows:
Semifinals:
16pts (7-10; 70% from the field) (2-3; 67% from three)
Finals:
14pts (5-12; 42% from the field) (1-6; 17% from the field); 5-rebounds
Jordan Frazier Jordan Frazier 6'4" | NA lbs | SG James Clemens | 2022 State #NA Nation AL (6’5/SG/2022)

Jordan is our #14-ranked player, and he had a solid performance throughout the Final Four. He has positional size, which was impactful throughout the Final Four, but he will have to get stronger for the next level. The last time I saw Jordan was at The Huntsville Classic, and his progression in just over a month was eye-opening. He played more aggressively and was a lot more confident in all aspects of his game on both ends of the floor.
He scored the rock at all levels and made winning play after winning play.
His length played a factor on both ends of the court as he was a match-up nightmare at times. They were so close to victory, but in an incredible final game of the entire Final Four, his squad came up short 64-66 to Enterprise. His stats at the Final Four was as follows:
Semifinals:
18pts (7-16; 44% from the field) (2-7; 29% from three); 9-rebounds
Finals:
15pts (7-15; 47% from the field) (1-2; 50% from three); 5-rebounds
Josh Harrington (5’9/Point Guard/2022)
School: Spain Park HS
Instagram: N/A
Twitter: N/A
When you talk to the Spain Park coaching staff, they cannot rave enough about Josh Harrington and what he has meant to the Spain Park program. He is the heart and soul of the team, and without him, they probably would not have had the fantastic run they had this season. Despite the nine turnovers in the semifinal game, Josh gave everything that he had to help his team, but they ran into a James Clemens team who has been playing some of the best basketball in the state down the stretch. He is usually a pass-first PG, but because of what James Clemens came in to do defensively was effective, Spain Park needed scoring from other places, and Josh was one that stepped up to provide it.
He is all heart, and if he finds the right fit, he will be a solid piece to a team at the next level.
His stats from the Final Four was as follows:
Semifinals:
18pts (5-13; 38% from the field) (2-7; 29% from three); 8-rebounds
Alec Elkins Alec Elkins 5'9" | SG Lucy Beckham | 2024 #46 Nation SC (6’4/Combo Guard/2024)
School: Baker HS

If you are familiar with basketball in the state, you have heard of Alec Elkins Alec Elkins 5'9" | SG Lucy Beckham | 2024 #46 Nation SC . I have written about him before and will definitely be writing about him again in the future. The conversation amongst many on media row and throughout Legacy Arena while watching the Baker and James Clemens semifinal game was if Labaron was having to do too much in regard to carrying the Baker squad.
He is a prolific scorer and is our #1-ranked player in the 2024 class.
He is an elite-level talent and displayed his playmaking and creative ability throughout the semifinal game. The question remains, does he have to do too much. We will be following his spring and summer play and will be putting more ink on him soon. His stats from the Final Four was as follows:
Semifinals:
29pts (9-24; 38% from the field) (4-11; 36% from three); 5-rebounds
Elijah Terry Elijah Terry 6'5" | NA lbs | SF Enterprise | 2022 State #NA Nation AL (6’6/Wing/2022)
School: Enterprise HS

Elijah is one of the most versatile players that took the floor during the 7A Final Four. He showed his ability to score in a variety of ways. He still needs to work on his shot beyond the arc, as that is one thing that several coaches from the next level have asked me about.
He is a very good iso scorer and a good finisher at and above the rim.
He was very active on the offensive end during the semifinals, but his production dropped during the finals. Despite the variance in his production at the Final Four, he still has the size and athleticism that makes him an intriguing prospect for the next level. His stat line from the Final Four was as follows:
Semifinals:
19pts (6-10; 60% from the field); 8-rebounds
Finals:
7pts (2-9; 22% from the field); 9-rebounds
More news is coming from the AHSAA Final Four.
