Evansville Reitz: vs Evansville Harrison 2/10
Koston McReynolds Koston McReynolds 6'3" | SG Evansville Reitz | 2022 IN – 6’3 2022 SG: McReynolds is a natural wing through and through. Long and lanky and moves well off the ball and always has his hands ready to shoot. He is not the strongest player but is aggressive and thought he was especially so on the defensive end. Smaller schools always need tall shooter and McReynolds fits that need.
Gavin Schippert Gavin Schippert 6'6" | PF Evansville Reitz | 2022 State IN – 6’7 2022 PF: Fundamentally speaking, Schippert has to be one of the better bigs we have in the state. He is a real solid low post scorer and was excellent around the basket on both ends here taking up so much space. Good footwork and can stretch the floor a little as well. A great rebounder as well. Just is a very consistent post presence. He finished with 13 pts and 7 rbs
Isaac Higgs Isaac Higgs 6'2" | PG Evansville Reitz | 2023 State IN – 6’2 2023 PG: Higgs is just a taller guard that battles his tail off. Aggressive on both ends, can shoot it, solid floater, and can play tough defense. The offense runs mostly through him and he is always finding ways to make the right play. Had a few nice pull-up jumpers. Looks to have added some size too. Had a game high 24 pts.
Evansville Harrison: vs Evansville Reitz 2/10
Dashawn Willett – 6’2 2022 PG: Willett is an athletic lead guard with quick speed. Little scrappy and can get around defenders with his elite quickness. Can also shoot the outside jumper as he had a nice pull-up three. An underrated piece of this Harrison team.
Jahni Summers Jahni Summers 6'5" | SG Evansville Harrison | 2022 State IN – 6’5 2022 SG: Summers is a bigger guard with an unlimited amount of athleticism. Attacks the basket with explosiveness and has a smooth stroke at all levels. Best plays of the game were a step back jumper and a fast break slam. Plays above the rim and is a very good rebounding guard. Very shocked his recruitment has not taken off like we thought it would. Coaches, what are we waiting on here?
Asher Horn – 6’0 2023 SG: Horn is a shorter shooting guard that plays like a bulldog. Attacks the basket hard and showed that with an aggressive corner drive. Also gives his team second chance opportunities as he had an impressive put-back.
Terryonta Hooks – 6’1 2023 SG: Hooks is a taller and long wing that got hot from behind the arc early for Harrison here as he hit multiple 3s in the first quarter. Really like his sneaky athleticism and chance to get hot at any moment.
Shane Sims Shane Sims 6'3" | PG Evansville Harrison | 2025 State IN – 6’3 2025 SG: Sims is a big and strong shooting guard that was on fire from behind the arc here with nailing 5 total 3s. Rebounded well and was not afraid to play physical at any point. He is going to be a dangerous scoring threat for Harrison in the next 4 years. He finished with 17 pts.
