City Players Debut in the 2022 Rankings

<p>The CHSAA is the Catholic school league in the city. A major feeder to college programs across the country. Lasalle Academy     #135</strong></p> <p>Aaron has a long strong body. He can mix it up inside. He will sacrifice his body to take a charge, but also has the length to alter shots. Outstanding job on both ends of the floor on the glass. He has a low and wide stance inside. Gets himself in good rebounding spots. Excellent rebounder in traffic. Has the ability to score off putbacks and also keeps possessions alive.</p> <p><strong>Danny Marianaccio      6”0       St Joseph by the Sea   #110</strong></p> <p>Tremendous on the ball defender. Moves his feet and stays in front of opponent. A strong handle he is hard to knock off the ball. Really good in the half court or in transition getting the ball to an open teammate. Strong with the ball. Very athletic. Gets into the lane and can create contact and finish. Really smart defender who is aggressive without fouling. Can score the ball in a variety of ways off the bounce.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1046096" first="Mamadou" last="Traore"]        6”1       Cardinal Hayes      #95</strong></p> <p>Cardinal Hayes takes pride in their defense and Mamadou is the leader. He can ride the ball handler making it very uncomfortable for him. Tough athletic and fearless. At 6”1 can get up and flush it in transition or down the lane in traffic. Excellent change of speed with his handle.</p> <p><strong>Isiah Philbert        6”0        St Raymonds    #59</strong></p> <p>Can stick the three. When they play him trying to take it away he has an extremely quick first step to the rim. Crafty finisher around the rim. Has unlimited range. Displays good elevation on his pull up jumper. Ball comes out of his hand very smooth with good rotation. No wasted movement on his jumper.</p>
