The Skyland Conference still has available prospects who can make an impact at the next level. Here are the top available 2022 prospects in the Skyland Conference.

[player_tooltip player_id="901961" first="Ryan" last="Pettit"], 6’2 SG Rutgers Prep

Pettit has been having a great year for the Argonauts as he has been a consistent presence for them on the perimeter. The 6’2 lefty has a smooth shooting stroke and is capable of knocking down triples in bunches. Pettit is more than just a shooter as he also has a nice handle and makes good decisions with the ball in his hands. He is unafraid of putting his body on the floor for loose balls and takes charges. Pettit is a gritty shooting guard prospect who does whatever it takes to help his team.

[player_tooltip player_id="901978" first="Quadir" last="Harrell"], 5’10 PG Bound Brook

Harrell has been the engine for Bound Brook’s offense over the last three seasons and should continue to do so in 2022. The 5’10 guard has a lightning quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finish around the basket. Harrell is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. He gets his teammates involved in the halfcourt and is a strong rebounder for a guard. Harrell is a team-first floor general that makes winning plays for the Crusaders.

[player_tooltip player_id="1013060" first="Logan" last="Blake"], 6’7 PF Delaware Valley

Blake has been a force down low for Delaware Valley as opponents have very few answers for him. The 6’7 forward plays with good footwork in the post and can finish in a variety of ways around the basket. Blake is also capable of playing on the perimeter as he can put the ball on the floor and knock down jumpers from behind the arc. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and can make good passes out of the post. Blake is a versatile forward prospect who should continue to help Delaware Valley win games as 2022 rolls on.

[player_tooltip player_id="901964" first="Ryan" last="Zan"], 6’7 PF Rutgers Prep

Zan has had a huge debut season for the Argonauts as he has established himself as a go-to option in paint. The Ranney transfer has a good touch around the basket and can finish through contact. Zan is an underrated passer and is capable of knocking down open jumpers from the perimeter. He is a strong rebounder and is a solid post defender. Zan is a hard-working forward prospect that has risen his stock in a big way since the start of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1147085" first="Isaiah" last="Cotten"], 6’4 CG Franklin

Cotten has had an impactful senior season for Franklin as the Warriors currently hold the third seed in the North Jersey Section 2 Group 4 state tournament. The lanky 6’4 guard explodes off the floor and can finish in multiple ways around the basket. Cotten is more than just a slasher as he can also score in the mid-range and hit open jumpers from the perimeter. He has an underrated handle and has the length and athleticism to defend multiple positions on the floor. Cotten is an athletic guard prospect who should continue to make plays for Franklin in 2022.
