The Prep Hoops updated rankings are out, here are some of the top players who have risen up the rankings with their outstanding play throughout this season. The list has been extended and with the lifting of the restrictions on high school hoops we’re able to see more prospects during the season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1232319" first="Aidan" last="Braccia"] 6’1 PG, SG of Sacred Heart Prep

Braccia has been a standout and leading scorer for SHP 21-3, 14-0. He’s averaging 17.9 pts per game and has shown good leadership throughout the season. The Belmont commit has always been a focused player on the court. He’s a confident shooter who can knock down the mid-range with consistency. From 19 to 10

Garrett Keyhani 6’8 PF of Serra

Keyhani did a body makeover. The 6’8 transfer had to improve his body after battling in the rough and tough WCAL last season, arguably the toughest league in NorCal. He’s bigger and stronger and more fit. It has paid off for the DIII signee. He average 16.9pts with 8.5 rebs. He’s always had good fundamental skills. A good passer and can hit 3’s. From 51 to 13.

[player_tooltip player_id="1206986" first="Kyle" last="Monk"] 6’2 G, F, W of Gregori

Monk has been a consistent performer for his time at Gregori, and played well in the spring and summer. He’s led this team to a 22-4, and 9-3 with his play. He handles well at 6’5 with good vision and passing skills. He’ll knock down big shots with game on the line. He has good length to defend multiple positions. He has committed to a DII From 30 to 15

[player_tooltip player_id="1254006" first="Nick" last="Graves"] 6’3 G of Oak Ridge

Graves has always been a tough competitor. He’s a steady ball handler who makes good decisions with the ball. He’s got the range and ability to knock down 3’s, and the mid-range jumper with some consistency. The versatile guard averaging is 13.9pg game will play at Norwich University next season. From 40 to 18.

[player_tooltip player_id="1253965" first="Javon" last="Johnson"] 6’4 SG of De La Salle

Johnson has been one of the breakout players this high school season. He’s been a productive player for De La Salle 21-4, 7-2. His ability to play and guard different positions makes him a versatile player who’s only going to improve at the next level. He has a solid mid-range jumper to go with his rebounding and ability to defend hard. From 47 to 20.

[player_tooltip player_id="1254870" first="Rashaud" last="Bradley"] 6’3 F, SG of Sheldon

Bradley has been the best player on one of Sacramento’s top programs in Sheldon. He leads the team in scoring 14pts, and rebounds 6.9 per contest. He’s made good improvement working away from the basket. He’s proven he can be a productive player on the wings and the perimeter. From 35 to 25.

[player_tooltip player_id="1254015" first="Isaiah" last="Griffin"] 5’11 G, SG of Burbank.

Burbank 17-8 has gotten consistent guard play from it’s athletic guards. One of them is Griffin. The athletic guard is averaging 22.6pts, 7rebs, 4ast, and 3.4stls a game those are impressive numbers for the competitive guard who has explosive hops and strong abilities to finish around the rim and knock down shots. He can play and defend both guard positions. From 64 to 32.

[player_tooltip player_id="1254014" first="Omari" last="Nesbit"] 6’0 SG, PG of Burbank

Nesbit is the other guard that gives Burbank 17-8 one of the top back courts in NorCal. He’s been a 3 or 4 year starter on the number 1 team in NorCal Campolindo 25-1, 12-0. He’s not a numbers guy. He’s just an undersized post player 7.7 pts, 5.1rebs who’s been getting done for 4 years on the varsity level. This season he’s being more assertive on the offense challenging defenders in the paint with jumpers and jump hooks, and other post moves.
