In one of the most highly anticipated rematches of the year in Class A, the Bismarck Century Patriots and Bismarck High Demons did not disappoint. With the final scoring being 85-79 in favor of the Pats, we got to see the stars for both teams shine in a high scoring affair.

[player_tooltip player_id="1111175" first="Isaiah" last="Schafer"]

In the rematch against the only team to beat the Patriots this year, [player_tooltip player_id="1111175" first="Isaiah" last="Schafer"] made sure history wouldn’t repeat itself. In the win the sophomore guard had 22 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals, and finished with a +/- of +16. Isaiah was also very efficient shooting 69% from the field and 57% from beyond the arc. With this game being that of vengeful, the young Patriot came to play when it mattered most.

[player_tooltip player_id="1050245" first="Ryan" last="Erikson"]

Its been no secret all year that junior [player_tooltip player_id="1050245" first="Ryan" last="Erikson"] is a force to be reckoned with, and this game was no different. In the win the Patriot big man had 18 points on just ten shot attempts, 13 rebounds, 4 assists, and a block. He also built a home at the stripe, going 6/9. I believe that Ryan’s play is pivotal as we move forward with this season, and that he will have no problem leading the Patriots deep into March.

[player_tooltip player_id="1050255" first="William" last="Ware"]

Junior forward [player_tooltip player_id="1050255" first="William" last="Ware"] has been solid all season for the Patriots, and this game was no different. Against the Demons Ware put up 12 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and he took a charge. As sort of a spark for this Century team William knows how to get a crowd on their feet, and I have a feeling he won’t stop doing that anytime soon.

[player_tooltip player_id="1048689" first="Anthony" last="Doppler"]

Another great junior for the Century Patriots, [player_tooltip player_id="1048689" first="Anthony" last="Doppler"], also made an impact in the win over Bismarck High. In the game Doppler had 10 points on 50% shooting, 3 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, and a block. A really solid performance all around from one of Century’s best players this season.

Honorable Mention

[player_tooltip player_id="812232" first="Connor" last="Trahan"] - 11pts/2reb/1a

Bismarck High

[player_tooltip player_id="1046352" first="Treysen" last="Eaglestaff"]

After having an absolutely monster game in their first meeting, Demon guard [player_tooltip player_id="1046352" first="Treysen" last="Eaglestaff"] didn’t disappoint in the rematch. Against Century the second time around the senior had 26 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 5 made shots from the arc. This kid is a top two player in the state, and his continued dominace will be huge for Bismarck High as they continue on this season.

Kyler Scott

Another senior that showed up for the Demons was Kyler Scott. The forward contributed 20 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and hit 4 shots from the arc. Not to mention that Kyler was an efficient 47% from the field, not bad for playing a tough Patriots defense.

Honorable Mention

[player_tooltip player_id="1135881" first="Ethan" last="Stotz"] - 8pts/3reb/2stls

[player_tooltip player_id="1167964" first="Carter" last="Henke"] - 8pts/3stls
