Recruiting Update: Foust, Leeper, Reidy Make Commitments

<p>The recruiting scene is starting to heat up despite the cold Indiana air. We’ve seen a run of commitments over the last 72 hours or so as three of the top forwards in the state chose their respective college destinations. Additionally, scholarship offers continue to be thrown at those who remain uncommitted. Let’s take a look at the recent action.</p>

<li>[player_tooltip player_id="1063964" first="Raedhyn" last="Foust"] (Northeastern H.S. 2022) got the commitment train started with a pledge to Indiana University East. The 6’8" forward is averaging 15.8 points and 5.7 rebounds per game for 8-3 Northeastern.</li>
<li>On Tuesday morning, [player_tooltip player_id="870214" first="Andrew" last="Leeper"] (Homestead H.S. 2022) announced his commitment to Hope College. Excellent recruiting win for the DIII blue-blood program in Michigan. A 6’6" athletic forward, Leeper is averaging 9.2 points and 5.1 rebounds per game for the Spartans.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="870234" first="Joe" last="Reidy"] (Woodlan H.S. 2022) made his college decision on Tuesday afternoon announcing his commitment to St. Francis. Reidy is one of the more versatile forwards in the state averaging 19.9 points and 11.9 rebounds per game.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="870232" first="Caedmon" last="Bontrager"] (Leo H.S. 2022) continues to rack up an impressive list of scholarship opportunities. The 6’8" forward has recently added offers from Findlay, St. Francis, and Indiana Wesleyan. </li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="870284" first="Christian" last="Nunn"] (Crispus Attucks H.S. 2022) added an offer from 2018 NAIA national champion Graceland University.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="769684" first="Branden" last="Northern"] (Silver Creek H.S. 2022) was offered by Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="769679" first="Matt" last="Spears"] (Arsenal Tech H.S. 2022) was offered by Indiana University South Bend.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="1168150" first="Aidan" last="Lambert"] (Fort Wayne Snider H.S. 2022) picked up an offer from Concordia University Ann Arbor.</li>
<li>[player_tooltip player_id="1168151" first="Trey" last="Steinhilber"] (Boone Grove H.S. 2022) was offered by Calumet College.</li>
