Players Who Stood Out From The 2022 LIT

<p>This past week was the annual boys Louisville Invitational Tournament. Male were crowned the 2022 champions after a win over Butler. Here are some players from the tournament that we think stood out among the rest: </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="1201763" first="Jordan" last="McClure"]-Atherton </p> <p><img class="size-medium wp-image-1368147 alignnone" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/01/JJ--crop-828x544-1642529150-300x197.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="197" /></p> <p>Photo: Alan McClure </p> <p>The senior guard had a solid showing for Atherton against Butler. McClure recorded 14 points. He gets to the basket well in transition and finishes strong. McClure would be a good pick up on a college roster next year.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="801637" first="Jaden" last="Schooler"] -Fern Creek </p> <p>Schooler shot the lights out during the LIT. He led Fern Creek in scoring against Desales with 23 points, followed by 31 against PRP and 10 vs Butler. Dickerson led Butler in scoring against Fern Creek with 29 while also picking up 9 rebounds. He added 16 points vs Male in the final. He was also named to the LIT All Tournament Team. Coleman is a guard who displays good leadership and is always under control that can score at all 3 levels. The senior came in clutch like he has all year. He recorded 26 points vs Trinity along with 4 rebounds. In the semifinals, he scored 28 with 10 rebounds. Carroll has the ability to score from anywhere. He was 3/4 at the 3-point line. He is a solid player who uses his size to his advantage.
