<p>While [player_tooltip player_id="891912" first="Nahcs" last="Wahwassuck"] and his talented teammates dominated the Panther Classic, there were plenty of key contributions by a host of players at the tournament.</p>
<p>Here are some Key Performers at the Panther Classic:</p>
<p><strong>Zack Frank</strong>, 5-foot-6 guard, 2024, Wabaunsee:</p>
<p>Frank was white hot in the first quarter against Chapman. The guard drilled four first quarter 3s and finished the game with 16 points.</p>
<p><strong>Jake Kelly</strong>, 5-foot-11 guard, 2022, Royal Valley:</p>
<p>Kelly doesn’t get much notoriety for his work, but he’s an indispensible part of the starting five and brings a ton of energy to the lineup. He defends with intensity and quickness, handles the ball and hits the boards. He’s a role player extraordinaire. If Royal Valley is to go far this season, it will be in large part because of the blue collar Kelly.</p>
<p><strong>Blake Buessing</strong>, 5-foot-6 guard, 2022, Santa Fe Trail:</p>
<p>Buessing is a steady senior who is a threat to score, like the 11 he put up against Chapman, and is a reliable with the ball at clutch time.</p>
<p><strong>Camden Liebau</strong>, 6-foot-1 guard, 2022, Chapman:</p>
<p>Liebau is a multisport athlete who can knock down the long ball. He gets to the line and hits his free throws too.</p>
<p><strong>Lane Workman</strong>, 5-foot-8 guard, 2024, Santa Fe Trail:</p>
<p>The Chargers put up a fight against Wabaunsee, led by 23 from Workman. The sophomore guard tossed in 10 against Royal Valley.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1146300" first="Eli" last="Oliver"]</strong>, 6-foot-1 guard, 2023, Wabaunsee (pictured):</p>
<p>While his brother Cade was saddled with fouls against Royal Valley, Eli showed some offensive firepower, and also took on the challenge of guarding bigger athletes. He knocked down 17 against Chapman.</p>
